I have stayed over a half dozen times at Kerr's guest facilities. Absolutely no reason for me to look anywhere else. There is a lot to do in the area. I always find something new to do every time I visit. I already have a reason to visit the next time. There is also ready access to just about anything you need in the area where his place is located. It could not work any better for me. I always enjoy using his place and chatting with him if he is around. Do not hesitate to book his place.

LOVED it here! You can't beat the location, so convenient to everything in downtown Bardstown, we hated to leave. The unit was just as described, very comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. Hope to come back next year.

It was fun to stay in the historical town of Bardstown. Great location for the brewery’s, donuts and distilleries.

The location was absolute perfection! Bardstown has an adorable downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere (bakery, restaurants, whiskey museum, shops and more!). The apartment was very clean and cozy. We slept in the interior room and it was nice and quiet. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately two of the three bookings I made were cancelled because of storms and flooding, and the hosts were responsive and helpful in providing other suggestions for things to do. We will keep Nicole and David’s place in mind for our next trip to Bardstown. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Front door sticks a little when trying to open. Appreciated the coffee, little snacks AND the early check-in message. The apartment was spotless. Street noise was loud but the provided sound machine drowned it out. 🩷

Location Location Location!Loved our stay at Steven's Airbnb. Adequate parking. Airbnb was clean, sheets were clean, couch was comfortable, provided coffee and working coffee maker. Additional deadbolts felt secure and safe. I liked that the two rooms had their own space with the living room in between and even though there's one bathroom, it's private and was not an issue sharing with another couple.

Angela and Will's place is our "go to" place when guests come to our town. It is private, clean, and comfortable for our guests. Angela and Wil are great hosts always. Thanks!

Shelia's place was great! Old world charm with all the modern conveniences. Stopped in to Shelia's shop on our first morning there, she was very gracious and great to visit with. She also gave us a tour of room #1 with 2 bedrooms and it is equally impressive, if not more so. We look forward to staying with her again when in the area.

Great open space. Clean. Bed and couches were very comfortable. Big beautiful deck to just sit out and enjoy the sun. Hosts were very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Abbey was very responsive and open to communication prior to visit. She assisted me with information about closed areas due to floods. Also ensured we had good recommendations upon arrival. Space was clean and as described. Fun entertainment options (pool, arcade, corn hole) . Walkable to town (about 10 minutes). Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Great experience overall!

It was our first time in Kentucky and we loved it especially because of this place. The neighborhood was very safe and charming and the home itself was cute and cozy! Lori made our trip even more memorable.

Perfect location and most of the time we could park directly in front of the unit on the street for free. The owner was great, super friendly and responsive. The unit is a very old building that has been renovated. The floors are not level and some finishing touches were lacking. However, the overall stay was great and we would stay again.

His place matched our speed. Loved the location and having a full kitchen. The outdoor patio was a sunset bonus! This host was very responsive when needed.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

safe and secure. one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. the host was very accommodating and communicative. it's kind of noisy. you can hear people walking around upstairs, traffic, and people making noise in the courtyard. also, the parking garage is very tiny, and will have your heart rate heavily increase if you have a bigger vehicle and/or are not an experienced driver so be ready for that.

Wow, this place is very unique! First of all, read the description carefully, because it is very truthful and accurate. Second, the gated parking is very nice. The layout is a little separated but works for groups. The hot tub is great!

We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip! It was awesome! We loved the amenities of the building and everything was super clean. We loved being able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The host left great instructions from start to finish on our place and it made check in a breeze. We loved the location as it was close to restaurants and night life. We had a great time and would definately stay here again!
