I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

The space was sparkling clean, quiet, and super comfortable. We had an amazing stay, and would definitely stay again!

Lovely quiet spot. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I went in the mornings to the hot springs, cottonwood is only 15 min away. Pretty large for a studio. It is attached to their house, but I didn’t hear any noise. It was nice to feel the river nearby even though it was very cold outside so I didn’t really go down. Thanks for hosting, I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Leadville at this well-appointed property. It was so convenient to Ski Cooper and restaurants within the immediate area. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including toiletries, hair dryer, wifi, beautiful appliances in the kitchen and brand new washer and dryer. We were so comfortable. The communication was the best we’ve ever experienced with a property rental. They were prompt, informative and friendly. It was an A+ experience!

Can’t say enough good things about Dana’s place. Perfect spot for two. Quiet, private and beautiful views. Place was clean and very comfortable bedding. Will stay again my next visit to Leadville!

Perfect spot! This place had everything we needed, was in a great location with access to trails, walkable to restaurants, shops and bars AND dog friendly with a dog park not even a block away! Savannah was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back here again!

We loved our stay! The place was absolutely spotless and Amanda was an amazing communicator. Salida got a ton of snow during our visit and Amanda even shoveled the front porch and a path to our vehicle. This was completely unnecessary but a lovely surprise and shows how awesome she is as a host. The property is beautiful!

Beautiful well-furnished home near downtown restaurants, park and river. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. We brought our dog, which was a huge treat for us, and she loved getting to walk around the town. She is a bit particular with where she potties and since there wasn’t a yard with grass at the house, we had to walk her to the park each time, but it’s just a short walk across the street. Overall, this house and its location can’t be beat! Wendy is a great host! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Although my family and I didn't stay for leisure or for more than a day, we felt comfortable and at home. If we are able to stay again for a longer trip we would be sure to keep this host and location in mind.

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This was my second stay for a month at this location and it was exactly as described. The home is extremely clean and is in the perfect location to walk to everything in Salida. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an extended stay in Salida! Great home! Great weather! Great location! Great people! Great host!

I was in town for work and it was convenient! Clean and lived having a tv in the living space as well as the bedroom! All you need in the kitchen away from home!

I absolutely loved my stay at Erin and Jims. They were flexible after some airline issues and the location was perfect for a quick solo ski trip. Bed was comfortable and I could walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The hall closet is very big so was great for storing our gear. The updated kitchen is super nice and has plenty options to cook meals. Our dog loved sitting on the back deck in the snow. Driving into town is beautiful and quick. Sarah might be the best host we have ever had. She’s very quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Amanda was a great host. The condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for us to gather. We walked right to the gondola to get us on the hill. And it was great that we could snowboard off the hill and then only walk a short distance back to condo.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. It started with an accurate description and reasonable price. The host was super responsive and informative. The host provided detailed instructions for everything. The condo is great. It has everything you’d want, including plenty of space, 3 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a private hottub (plus access to a hottub for the complex). The condo is located close to the ski mountain (relatively easy walk) and very close to downtown Breckenridge (with easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery store, shopping, etc.). I would highly recommend.

Awesome place!!! The layout of the room with the under bed storage and hooks and the way the condo is laid out provides the most room for the space. Of course everything in town is right outside the door. Couldn’t be in a better location. So convenient for skiing or town. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a truly wonderful condo. Literally a 2-minute walk down path to the Quicksilver SuperChair lift, and a 2-minute walk to Main Street. The condo is in perfect condition. The shared Rec Center (about 50 yards away) with heated pool and 4 hot tubs was also nice. Thank you for a great stay for my family!
