Great location and great host! Everything as described. Simple to follow instructions, only 10 minute beautiful drive from main strip. Had a great weekend!

Our family and friends loved our stay at Scott’s place. First, Scott is a gracious host and very responsive. The house was so comfortable for our group. So reasonably priced in a beautiful location!

We had the best trip and a huge part of that was because of how wonderful our stay was! The home is picturesque perfect. Beautiful views. Our host was so kind and quick to respond! I can’t recommend this property enough!

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

Place was very spacious, comfortable, and enjoyable. The host was great with communication and fixed the one small issue we had right away. The place was awesome for our baby with the pack-and-play, changing mat, and highchairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here for a group ski trip was everything we had imagined. The house was very easy to check into and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and silverware/pots that we needed throughout the week. There were 10 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. The house was very spacious, we felt like we were in a hallmark Christmas movie! It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street in Breck which was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and going skiing. The hot tub was fabulous and the pool table downstairs was great to all hang around when we got home for the evening. The only problem we had was that the shower in the Jack and Jill bath did not work, however the host was very accommodating and immediately gave us some money back for the issue. We would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Breck.

This mountain home is spacious and stunning. We enjoyed dining together at the large dining table, hanging out in either living space and soaking in the hot tub. The kitchen had every possible tool you may need to prepare a group meal- we all agreed it was the best kitchen we’ve cooked in. Great location and accommodation for families- with ample accessories and extras for kids, from toys and puzzles, to children’s dishes. Jason was friendly and accommodating in every way. Location is convenient to downtown, the mountains, grocery store and sledding hill. Breck is a great destination and this home is perfect for groups. We had a great stay at this house and will be back again!

This is a beautiful home in a an even more beautiful location! The views are incredible and everything in the home was clean, modern, and as described. We felt so spoiled with those hot tub views, cozy fireplace, private patios for each master suite, movie/game room and a stellar kitchen! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We are saving this home for future repeat vacations and have recommended it to some friends and family as well!

This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

We had a lovely stay. The house is incredible - tons of space, immaculate and well-cared for. Carrie responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful with a special request to surprise my son. Thank you for helping us create some wonderful memories, Carrie!

Zachary’s place was perfect for our group. The best part was the reviews and the ability for us to hang all together in more than 1 space.

This home hosted us and our 5 friends with no issues. We each were able to retire to our own rooms and have plenty of group time comfortably in all the shared spaces. Also, the yard is very dog friendly and provided a great space for the dogs to run around. The owners were very communicative before our booking to help with booking changes and sent messages to make themselves available during the stay as well. Overall, we had a great time and I recommend this location for a stay in Buena Vista.

This was the perfect stay for our Breck trip! Very easy to walk to the shuttle that takes you right to the Gondola!

What a gem this place is! The home itself is exquisite - beautiful decor, wonderful layout, and every room having a really nice king bed with nice linens was such a plus. The location is awesome, being just a couple blocks from downtown, a 10 minute walk to the river and disc golf course basically in the backyard. Breathtaking views from each deck as well. We loved that we were able to bring our pups and have a backyard space for them, and were able to take them out easily for walks/dips in the river. It was such a beautiful place to stay, looking forward to coming back here again!

Awesome place in Breckenridge with plenty of space for the whole Family. This place has everything you’ll need an more for an amazing experience in the mountains. Perfectly located close to everything. Well appointed kitchen, great hot tub, across the street from lift, great communication, what more can you ask for? Can’t go wrong with this one!

We had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect—right across the street from the pool and hot tub amenities. The home was spacious and truly made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to coming back!

My family and I stayed during the week of Christmas and we really enjoyed their place. We had access to the Hot Springs in the resort down the street, which was very relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jesse's place. The location is perfect, and right next to Snowflake Lift and Christy Sports for Ski Rentals. The hot tub was a huge plus and very much appreciated after a long day of skiing. The bedrooms were well apportioned and clean, and the kitchen had everything you could want in order to cook a great family meal. We were fortunate to grab Jesse's home when we did and we will definitely look to stay again next time we are in Breck!

Quiet and isolated from the main hustle and bustle, peaceful and clean. Was a great place for my family and I to stay for a vacation.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Breckenridge! Perfect location on Peak 8 - elevator down to the ski lockers, then a short walk out to get straight onto the lifts. And the condo itself was absolutely gorgeous - clean, comfortable, soft linens and towels, everything you need in the kichen - and all of it high quality and well taken care of. The steam shower in the master bathroom was a wonderful surprise. Had zero complaints and would love to come back and stay again!
