The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

This was an awesome place. Best ski/in and out place that we have stayed at Breck. The amenities at the resort are awesome too. The condo also had everything we need and more. The only thing that you need to be aware of is that there is a $38/day parking fee. This is the only place that we have stayed at that has a parking fee and I did not see that listed in the post. Make sure you consider that when comparing places to stay.

Affordable and convenient for a weekend in Breckenridge. A great no-frills option. Sara was great about communicating and appreciated the place was as advertised.

We came with our 2 teenagers for Spring Break skiing. We are owners at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and were able to use owner day use and parking privileges at the resort at a much more affordable rate than if we had gotten a 3 bedroom there. With teenagers of opposite sex, we really need separate bedrooms and bathroom options. The resort is only about 2 blocks from the Snow Flake location at Gold Camp, so this made it really easy with teens and almost ski in/ski out. The condo was a great layout with enough privacy for everyone and very well equipped kitchen (crock pot, plenty of pots and pans and basic spices available). We were also able to get some things delivered by Walmart (although not produce or dairy) and the rest via InstaCart from CityMarket and avoid the crowds at the grocery stores. We did have some trouble --even at City Market-getting produce, but made due. We have been coming to Breck for decades and have stayed all over. This was one of our favorites!

We loved our stay! Location, location, location! Easy walk to anything in town, especially the mountain. Kitchen was so well stocked, lots of pots, pans, utensils, griddle….so many small appliances. If you like to stay in and cook, I would highly recommend staying here. The hot tub was a huge plus after coming off the mountain too! Will be staying again next year.

This condo was great for a 5 night ski trip for my two daughters and I. It was very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable, unlike at some other places I have stayed. This condo was a perfect balance of size, comfort, location, and price. For those wondering if the 4 O' Clock run and Snowflake chair would still be open in mid-April, they both were open. We had to walk around a bare spot just before Snowflake, but it was still way better than riding a shuttle or parking and walking to the gondola.

My sister and our two daughter’s had such a great stay at Katie’s place for a girl’s ski weekend! The location cannot be beat for the value! We were able to rent our ski’s, jump on the yellow bus to the Snowflake lift, and be on the slopes in just minutes! We found skiing back to the base of the Snowflake lift instead of taking the 4 O’Clock trail to the bottom a better option at the end of the day. The first is a short downhill walk where the other is a short uphill walk. We were able to walk into town every night for dinner…so fun! Our only disappointment was that their fireplace was not in working condition…but Katie is working to fix that. Our timing was just unfortunate as we were really looking forward to the fire. Jennifer's place was terrific! Highly recommend! It was in the perfect location to ski in/ski out to the snowflake life and 4 o'clock run. We could watch skiers and snowboarders right from the back window and patio - but you can also close the blinds and never felt it invaded privacy. The location is walkable to the main street for restaurants, parking spot included. She truly thought of so many extras in the Airbnb including all the kitchen appliances, pool/hot tub towels, humidifier, and an ice pack after being out all day! It was so quiet even though it was the ground floor. Heated floors were such a plus and it was truly a wonderful getaway!

We stayed in town for a hockey tournament and Kara was an amazing host. Super responsive and went out of her way. This is a great location to be within a walkable distance of everything you need in Breck. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect stay for our Breck trip! Very easy to walk to the shuttle that takes you right to the Gondola!

The apartment is extremely well located, a 5-min walk to Quicksilver lift. The view is amazing from the 3rd floor. Located on Main St, it is surprisingly quiet at night and you don't hear your neighbors. Perfect for a 3-night stay for a family of 4. Definitely made it to my 'rent again' list.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was really comfortable and suitable for all our needs. Its a beautiful condo, nice view and close to the shutter stop, perfect for a ski vacation and town visits! Highly recommended!

Great open layout and kitchen for hanging out and preparing meals. The area was an easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Perfect place for a weekend away in the mountains.

Really enjoyed this stay! Just a half block away from the main street of Breck and right across the street from a grocery and liquor store. It was really nice to have covered parking and being able to walk to shops, breweries, and restaurants. the details of the listing were very clear and easy to navigate. I would book again in the future!

This condo was perfect and in a great location - beautifully furnished with and well stocked with everything you could need in the mountains. We came for a week of skiing with our family, and loved everything about it. Short walk to the lifts and restaurants. Mike and Kevin are very responsive and give great recommendations! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so easy to get on and off the mountain and it was easy to walk to the downtown. We had a great time!

Great place to stay. Close to Snowflake lift and can ski right to the back of condo. Only downfall of this spot is hot tub is not on site (but not very far away). Carol the host was extremely helpful and quick to answer when we messaged last minute for a late check out due to road closures to give us time to figure out what to do to get back home.

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

Amanda was a great host. The condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for us to gather. We walked right to the gondola to get us on the hill. And it was great that we could snowboard off the hill and then only walk a short distance back to condo.

This property was great! When you first walk in you immediately think cozy & comfortable. The location was great! Just a quick walk across the street from downtown. I really liked the safety of having a parking garage. Beds were super comfy & everything was clean and welcoming.

The condo was perfect for our 2 families. The location was awesome! We were a five minute walk to the gondola and Main Street with all the great restaurants and shops. The unit itself was spacious and allowed our kids to have their own place to hang out which they loved. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had in an AirBnB. Alpine Meadows management company was great and very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. I would not hesitate to rent this place again if we come back to Breckenridge

Great spot and a great host. The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing, and a 4-minute walk to the Snowflake lift. Return skiing down the 4 o’clock run brings you out on a path right across the street from the condo. I was alone on this trip, and Andrew’s place had everything I needed. And Andrew was incredibly responsive. I had a question on lift location, and he literally responded within a minute or two. And access was easy with the keypad/app, and a code for the garage to store skis in. A great time!
