Perfect location. Short walk to the old town and beaches. Private and clean space. The house contained all the essentials and when I needed anything Milos was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. Veselin and Ivana were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. The location was perfect — peaceful and close to everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to come back again. Thank you for everything!

Veselin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit dem Transfer aus Tivat geholfen und war immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Gerne wieder!

also mein Aufenthalt bei Dubi war super! Ich wurde von seiner reizenden Mama und Tante in Empfang genommen, sie haben mir alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist klasse gelegen, im Umkreis hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants! Zur Altstadt und Mogren Beach waren es 20 min zu Fuß. Ich habe die Strecke zum kurzen Joggen verwendet. Ein Parkplatz war mir sehr wichtig, ich war mit Auto unterwegs und auch das war perfekt, es gibt direkt ein Parkplatz vorm Haus und wenn man da kein Platz fand konnte man noch in den stillgelegten Kanal zum Parken runterfahren, noch nie so wenig Stress mit Parken gehabt :) Der Besuch lohnt sich! Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles da! Vielen Dank!

Apartment zgody z opisem czy zdjęciami. Okolica spokojna, bardzo ładna. Polecam również zapoznać się całościowym opisem przed wynajmem ponieważ jest w nim zawarta informacja o dodatkowej płatności 1.5€/osoby za noc za rzekome zakwaterowanie, brzmiało trochę jak scam. W środku schludnie, czysto jednak przez cały pobyt od wejścia towarzyszył nam nieprzyjemny zapach z toalety którego nie dało się pozbyć, brakowało też jakiegokolwiek odświeżacza powietrza. Wszystkie udogodnienia zawarte w opisie znajdowały się w mieszkaniu jednak tutaj również brakowało takich rzeczy jak sól czy pieprz których nie kupuje się na 2/3 dni wyjazdu. Wiem że nie są zwarte w opisie jednak jest to coś mile widzianego.

The space was incredibly clean, and precisely corresponded to its description and the photos. This apartment is spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people. The unit was recently remodeled, so it had stylish setup, with clean new furniture and modern appliances, such as dishwasher, laundry machine, and all the cooking amenities. The living room has a nice view of the sea and the city. The owner, Samir was very welcoming, and willing to give his car for a short term rental for a modest price. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. Our stay wasn't in the peak season, but I would definitely recommend this unit for the summer vacation.

Stayed for 1 week with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Communication with regards to booking/airport transfer was rather slow to start but Ivana did respond eventually. And she more than made up for it on our arrival, taking time to sit with us and explain the local area, reply promptly to queries via what's app, and very kindly giving us some milk for our daughter as the shops were shut on our arrival. The grounds and pool are lovely and well kept. Apartment is spacious and very clean. It is serviced every day which I've never had before, after 10 years of using Air b n b! Kitchen facilities are a bit basic, but we knew this in advance.A toaster and or microwave would of been handy. Virtually no noise at night so we all slept well! There is a shortcut to the old town, but lots of steps so be warned if you have young kids. Local buses are great for exploring. Recommend Pastabar in the old town . Ivana and her family are lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

The host was incredible. He was very accommodating and the place was as described. Location was wonderful and near all the hot spots in town. Spacious, clean, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was very comfortable for 5 people. To the beach 10-15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. The only downside is the road, it's narrow, but all the surrounding areas are like that, so we had to get used to it. There were beach towels in the description, but they weren't available, so we had to buy our own. They provide free cleaning service every 2-3 days which is great!!! I will definitely recommend this place!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Budva Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer war ein echtes Highlight – morgens beim Kaffee und abends beim Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und der charmanten Altstadt entfernt. Der Host war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Giriş saatinden erken gelmemize rağmen yardımcı oldular. Konum olarak eski şehire 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, etrafında market ve restoranlar vardı. Fazlasıyla memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederim :)

Great for a couple for a few nights. Really convenient for Budva beaches and Aleksandra's mum was very helpful with suggestions for food and drink!

I had a really good stay here. Milan was extremely helpful and very communicative. The only down side was that I came out of season so nothing was open and it was very dark to walk around Sveti and night. There isn’t too much street lighting but this of course is not the fault of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, really got a water and powerful shower and lovely because you could hear the sea from the room. It could just maybe do with a bit of modernisation. Overall I was very satisfied for the price I paid.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé sur les hauteurs, loin de l’agitation de la ville. Merci à la sœur de Predrag d’avoir été si réactive par message ainsi qu’à ses parents pour leur gentillesse. Un changement de draps et de serviettes à mi-séjour nous a été proposé ce qui était très appréciable. Nous avons également pu utiliser la machine à laver présente dans l’immeuble. Les petits chats nous ont tenu bonne compagnie tout au long du séjour :) Petite subtilité : nous n’étions pas au courant qu’il fallait régler une taxe de séjour. La mère de Predrag a donc récupéré nos pièces d’identité afin de la régler puis nous l’avons remboursée (24 euros pour 12 jours à 2). Seuls petits points « négatifs »: le logement était parfois assez humide malgré le VMC présent dans la salle de bain et le WIFI un peu problématique le soir. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement si vous souhaitez visiter le Monténégro tout en ayant un pied à terre au calme (véhicule indispensable)

Świetnie wyposażony apartament, wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia, godpodyni Aleksandra jest bardzo miłą i kontaktową osobą. Idealne miejsce na pobyt, szczególnie dobra lokalizacja blisko lotniska do Podgoricy. Dodatkowy atut za ciszę nocną.
