Just terrific!! Great hosts, friendly, professional and even picked us up from the bus depot and personally dropped us to our accomodation. So friendly and kind and made us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed and was in the perfect spot to wander the old town and find the best spots to eat and relax. Stevo and Alex were awesome, Thankyou so much!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Öncelikle misafirperverliklerinden ötürü Slobodan ve Monja ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Gercekten kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Bununla beraber konum Budva' nın tam merkezinde, ve tarihi yapının içerisindeydi. Sabahları çok erken uyanan biri olarak liman yerine yakınlığı ve kahve keyfi yapabileceğimiz çok fazla mekân olanağı vardı. Her sabah müthiş yürüyüş yapabildik hiç sıkılmadan. Bizi en yakın otopark yerine yönlendirmeleri çok nazikti ve hiç zorluk yaşamadık park konusunda. Her soru veya mesajımıza samimiyetle ve ivedilikle cevap verdiler. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek mutlaka tercih edeceğiz.

Stay in Dragan's place feels like having a vacation in your granddad's country house. Apartment is cozy and clean, with basic amenities and magnificent view from the terrace! Please note that there's no A/C, so it feels a bit hot inside of the apartment (mid August) — we had to sleep with all doors and windows opened at night, allowing some fresh air to come inside. Parking in this area is a bit tricky, so it's better to take small car to visit this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Jelena's place! The location was fantastic—everything was within walking distance, including local attractions, supermarkets, and shops, which made it incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful yet close to everything I needed, and exploring the area on foot was a breeze. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a perfect base for my trip. Jelena was a great host, always available and helpful, ensuring I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

Thanks for everything! The place is very good. The apartments are excellent. Everything is new and clean. The sea ie nearby and that is the main advantage. Bus service to Budva is good. The old town of Budva is impressive. Thanks for transfer to Tivat! We are very grateful for everything!

We stayed as a family of four at Larissa's place. Greatly enjoyed the privacy of a home like setting, the pool and the walkable distance to all the beaches in Budva and Becici. Larisa is a responsive host and always ready to help with recommendations, like setting up an airport transfer or stocking up on groceries before Sunday's break. The place is located near a monastery (which only can be a trouble if you mind hearing the bells ring at 6-8am), in a peaceful locals-oriented neighborhood, within Budva standards. The building is well maintained and the apartment is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, especially if staying with younger children. We also enjoyed close proximity to nice cafe's and grocery stores. If I was going back to Budva, I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

The Apartment was modern and luxurious it had everything probably my best stay on an AirBnb 6 minutes away from Splendid if you have events the building was amazing the host communication 10/10 highly suggest it.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 personnes au sein de cet appartement. L’appartement est beau et propre. Il est situé à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. La mer est visible depuis le balcon. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds. Il est aisé de garer la voiture dans la rue car de nombreuses places sont disponibles. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande ce logement 👍💯

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

We had a great vacation! The apartments are perfectly located—far enough from the center of Budva and the beautiful island of Sveti Stefan. You can take long walks along the coastline. Everything you need is nearby, yet there’s no noisy city or dense buildings, making it an ideal spot. The apartments are bright and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Nikolay was very kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend these apartments. The only downside is that there are many steps, which makes access with a stroller a bit difficult.

We enjoyed the stay at Lilian’s apartment. She provided us with a lot of valuable information. The apartment management was also very responsive and considered our requests. We also booked the grill place twice and had a very nice time there. Thank you!

We had a great time at this wonderful place. Perfect location right by the beach, well-equipped apartment with a nice backyard and large terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The host is polite and very quick to respond. All the best recommendations!

A huge apartment. Each bedroom has an en-suite and there are plenty of terraces for outside space. The private lift was a real bonus. GREAT location for beach, restaurants and supermarket and Marija is a fabulous host and so helpful. The bay is so clean and the water is crystal clear. Be aware that supermarkets don’t open on Sundays if that’s the day you arrive (as we did). Petrovac is a lovely little town and it’s easy to get to Budva and Bar on the bus. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you’re visiting the area.

Marija was a responsive and understanding host throughout. Communication was mostly through WA, and I never had to wait long for a helpful reply. The house is located on the slope of a mountain and you receive access to an apartment within the villa in the pictures. Down the slope are some small stores and places to buy food. Budva is about 5 km away. Note that you will need a car that can climb up a somewhat steep slope, but this is the case for most residences in the area. Except for if you want to stay at a beach-side hotel. The whole apartment is clean and check-in is easy. Especially, the sunset is well-visible. So, if you're looking for a peaceful stay some distance away from everything, but still accessible by car; then this is a good option.

Нам очень понравилась квартира, есть все необходимое для жизни, в тихом спокойном месте, до моря 3 минуты, пляж оборудованный широкий, на берегу очень много вкусных ресторанов. Также рядом с жильем все развязки для того, чтобы путешествовать, мы много ездили на машине. Михайло переписывался с нами на протяжении нашего пути до квартиры, мы приезжали в субботу вечером и он нас предупредил о неработающих магазинах в воскресенье, чтобы мы успели закупиться. Оперативно реагировал на все просьбы и всегда был на связи

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Отличные апартаменты в 2х минутах пешком от променада Рафайловичи и 10 минут от прекрасного пляжа Каменово. Впечатляющий вид с балкона на море и закат. Отличная шумоизоляция - двойной стеклопакет - шума кондиционеров с улицы (мой ужас Рафайловичи) практически не слышно. Встроенная система вентиляции мощная и простая в управлении. Мерван всегда был на связи и предоставил всю необходимую информацию и помощь.

The apartment fully matches the description, it has everything you need, and it's not far from the sea. Finding free parking spots during the season can be tricky, but in mid-September, we always found a spot in the evening. The area around the house is quiet. There is a supermarket very close by (it might not be open off-season). We had a small issue with the water heater, but we quickly resolved it in communication with Irina.

Budva is a wonderful city and Milena’s place is in old town and walkable to everything else. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if you like old cities in Europe.
