The place was absolutely beautiful and cozy feels like we’re just at home chilling. Every part of the room is spacious. Spotless clean. Backyard was big where we set up the party. Host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time spent in his place. Will definitely come back

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

Great family weekend away and couldn't have wished for better weather in April. Cottage and location idyllic. Olivia and her family are great hosts and very responsive to messages. Cottage was spotless. Lovely courtyard where we enjoyed meals and a bbq. Lovely pub with excellent food just a short stroll away and lovely walks from the Cottage.

Idyllic cottage for weekend in Oxfordshire, with outstanding pub within walking distance, and very foodie area near Le Manoir. Very comfortable and welcoming, great kitchen for cooking, gorgeous garden for spring afternoons. Loved the little office space too. We did not want to leave! (Though when we did, it was only 6 miles to the center of Oxford.)

Firstly what a lovely family of hosts, could not be more helpful and keen to please. The property is pristine, set in beautiful grounds, lovely walks from right outside your front door. First thing I did was book the next three weeks, highly recommended.

We stayed at this cottage with my parents and our 1 year old daughter, whilst visiting the Harry Potter Studio which was a short drive away! It was a really lovely cottage in a lovely area. The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were cosy and beds very comfy. Paul was very helpful with my requests regarding the baby gates and cot, which made our stay with a 1 year old very easy! Highly recommend this cottage!

We had an amazing stay! The home was so comfy and relaxing. Loved being able to take the children and dogs for long walks. Lovely local pub nearby. Angie and Charlie were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay - the cottage was a good size and it was very peaceful. It was a great base to explore Stowe, Bletchley Park and Waddesdon Manor, with delightful villages all around. Lovely countryside walks from the cottage too.

De ruimte waar we verbleven was erg gezellig en mooi aangekleed. Klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De douche was heerlijk en er was voldoende ruimte voor alle spullen. Ook in de keuken stond alles wat we nodig hadden om een maaltijd te bereiden. Het bed vonden wij iets minder, omdat er erg zachte matrassen op lagen die wat doorzakten. Houd er rekening mee dat er meerdere kamer verhuurd worden in deze ‘stallen’. Op de dag van ons vertrek hebben we een rondje over de farm gelopen, super om dit even te mogen bekijken.

Good location and a nice spacious property

Susie and Jonathon were fantastic hosts! Their place was a little slice of heaven and our family felt instantly at home. It felt like we were staying with friends! We had everything we needed. It was in an amazing location, close to so many wonderful shops and restaurants. We loved the garden and all of their wonderful amenities their home had to offer. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing vacation! Thank you so much!!!

What a gem! We had an amazing stay in the cottage. This is such a beautiful place, and the garden opens on a pedestrian courtyard, it felt really safe for the kids. Lovely short country walk to two local restaurants where we enjoyed going more than once. The flowers were such a nice touch, thank you. And in terms of amenities, the washer-dryer was so welcomed.

To find a large enough property for 6-8 people around the Windsor/Eton area was a real find. The area is perfect for exploring on foot or by train so you don’t necessarily require a car just maybe a taxi for food shopping or to/from the station. Lesley was very quick to respond to any questions or requests before we arrived and was immediately available if we needed her assistance with anything in the property. We all had a lovely Christmas. Thank you very much Lesley and Andrew.

Erik is the perfect host, extremely helpful and was so responsive 10/10. The location of property is very remote and private. The stand out for me was how comfortable the bed was, it was amazing. If you are looking for a romantic, comfortable and clean place look no further.

We had a lovely stay in the annexe over New Years. Sue was very welcoming and made sure we were well looked after. The annexe is beautifully decorated and everything was super clean, with comfortable beds. It’s a really cosy place for a weekend away with family or friends. The surrounding area is very pretty and it’s very close to garden centres, National Trust sites, excellent pubs and Bicester Village shopping outlets. Highly recommended- thanks Sue and Jonathan!
