We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Welcome to an amazing winter experience in our cozy guesthouse. Soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the private guesthouse in front of the fireplace and turn on the diffuser to create the most relaxing evening! There are various aromatic oils to choose from. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our stylish and cozy little nook right in the hub of our friendly little town. Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Rest easy in the queen-sized bed in the main bedroom overlooking the secret garden accessible by path on left of unit. The queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room makes it perfect for families or up to 2 couples.

This stylish and spacious apartment is perfect to relax after a long day or work from home. Close walk to restaurants, coffee shops or a 3 minute drive to Wortley Village or downtown London. This is my 5th Airbnb that I have had in the past 5 years. Hosting is what I know! :) Also a 3 minute drive or 10 mins walk to Parkwood Hospital and Victoria Hospital.
