Place was fantastic. Easy access to the metro and a great area.

Die Wohnung ist so freundlich und großzügig wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Nach einem Tag voller Trubel in der Stadt, kann man sich hier gut erholen und wieder auftanken. Die Atmosphäre ist gut. Wir haben nichts wirklich vermisst; wir würden wiederkommen. Dhaimi hat immer zügig geantwortet und war für uns ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Danke dafür!

A beautiful apartment in such a great area, with a nice view, too! This place was a little more pricey than other options, but I think these things made it worth it. Plus, the bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of space for the two of us. There was also laundry on-site. The check-in process was a little more complicated than we're used to, BUT the woman who met us with the key and showed us around was super nice, friendly, and there for anything we needed! We'd definitely stay here again!

Delphyne’s apartment is lovely. My parents enjoyed the view of the Eiffel tower everyday! Would book here again.

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

性价比还是挺高的。房间也很干净。灶台，微波炉，锅，盘子，杯子，洗衣机配置齐全。电视也可以直接投屏。床睡两个人稍微有点狭窄，不过可以接受。房子位于居民区，路边的免费停车位可以容易找到。总体不错。

Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Schöne kleine Wohnung für 2 mit allem was man braucht. Große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Logement parfait pour y passer une nuit près du parc Astérix et de Paris ! Très cosy et propre, comme a l’identique sur l’annonce. Côté très pratique, arrivée qui se fait en autonomie, sans contrainte horaire avec toutes les explications complètes. Très bonne communication avec Siham. A conseiller sans hésiter !

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bahn, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Boulangerie und Supermärkte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Emilie und Nicolas war sehr nett, auch ein späterer CheckOut war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

I was in Paris for work for almost 4 months at the airport and Nawel and her wonderful family they hosted us with a lot of careness in their little house in their garden. Nawel such a wonderful person and she was always there when we need her. That is the place I would stay again when I will go back for a visit without a second thought. Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely stay with family for a brief Disney trip! Within 40 mins uber from airport and 10 mins from the park. Perfect location and cheaper than staying in the hotels. Sabine was great and had lots of wonderful suggestions! Would love to come back

Très bon séjour , j’ai pu réviser et passer mon examen en bonne condition. Hote disponible , accueillant . Le studio correspondait parfaitement aux descriptions , bien équipé .

Le logement proposé par Ben est de très belle qualité, la cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon, tout a été réalisé avec goût, il correspond parfaitement aux photos. C'est l un des appartements, les plus beaux, que nous ayons eu l occasion de louer, via Airbnb. Je le recommande sans hésitation, notre séjour restera un moment inoubliable. Merci Ben

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Nous sommes allez faire une journée à Disney, et avons loué ce Airbnb (10-15min). Le logement est propre et sécurisé, notre hôte est hyper réactif et flexible (arrivé à minuit après la fin de la parade). Le logement est propre, les lits sont faits, le linge de bain est aussi à disposition. En bref, idéal si vous faites une virée en famille (nous étions 4) à Disney.

Had a great two-week stay at Irina's cozy and comfortable apartment. The location is tops, centrally located in Neuilly and with the Les Sablons Metro line 1 stop located literally just outside the front door of the building. There is a Monoprix across the street. The apartment itself is very welcoming, warm even through a very cold Parisian January, and very quiet. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Catherine's apartment for five nights and absolutely loved it. It was spacious enough for our group of three adults and yet incredibly cosy. Very well located with easy access to public transport, several grocery stores a couple of minutes away and of course plenty of restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Completely quiet too because the apartment faces the inner courtyard. Catherine was proactive about reaching out with recommendations and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, and definitely would stay here again.

O local é muito agradável, espaçoso e limpo. Única dificuldade encontrada é a distância com o centro da cidade.
