I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was great, and the space felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Nick a ete un hote parfait, l'appartement est super. Il est tout equipe et tres agreable. En cas de question il est toujours tres reactif. Agreable et arrangeant! Je le recommande vivement ainsi que son appartement.

le logement proposé par Lonel est identique aux photos. C'est est un petit appartement charmant sous les toits, Il est impeccable et sent bon . Il est à deux pas du métro et le quartier est calme . Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour passer un bon séjour. je recommande. Par contre les escaliers sont assez étroits pour accéder à l'appartement et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur

Wim es un anfitrión excelente, amable y disponible. La comunicación fue muy fácil y fluida. El apartamento correspondía perfectamente a la descripción. Muy céntrico, funcional y acogedor, a dos pasos del casco antiguo de Bruselas y de la Gare Centrale. Era exactamente lo que necesitaba para mi estancia en Bruselas. Muchas gracias Wim! Volveré :)

Appartement au cœur du quartier le plus intéressant de Bruxelles, c'est à dire le Chatelain

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El sector en donde queda ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, así mismo el apartamento es cómodo y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Thomas fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos sugirió sitios para visitar y nos dio recomendaciones de cuidado de la casa. Es perfecta para personas que vayan con vehículo, en nuestro caso fue un poco difícil porque no teníamos carro sino que utilizamos el transporte público, así que teníamos que caminar un poco más de 15 minutos para salir a la avenida principal. Hay un supermercado cerca, caminando son 25 minutos. Buscábamos en nuestro viaje disfrutar de la naturaleza, y eso encontramos en el apartamento de Thomas. Muchas gracias!

Konaklamam gerçekten bizim için güzeldi. Ev tam resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Talimatlar tamamen yeterliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama bi 15 dakika kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Her şey eksiksizdi. Banyodan biraz koku geliyordu. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımı iyi değil ve bazı geceler uykumuzdan kaldırdı. Onun dışında keyifliydi 🌸

Yossif's place is exactly as described. It is his home and well stocked with everything you need for a visit. Getting into the apartment is very easy, and the building is secure. You are within 15 minutes' walking distance of the train station and the grand place. The subway and bus stop are right outside. Yossif is responsive and his place was very comfortable.

Un logement exceptionnel, facilement accessible et idéalement situé à proximité du centre. L’hôte est chaleureuse, réactive et très accueillante. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour agréable et sans souci.

A perfect hub with reasonable price to stay in central Brussels. Walkable numerous of attractions in close distance, Jean place is one of the kind. Perfect place for solo or couple for short stay.

Bonjour, Le logement était tout simplement parfait, nous ne manquions de rien. J’ai été agréablement surpris par le sens du détail de notre hôte, qui a vraiment su créer une atmosphère soignée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable ainsi que l’ambiance du lieu : à la fois simple, épurée, mais avec une vraie personnalité. On s’y sentait bien ! Merci encore 🙏🏼

Rim estuvo súper atento todo el tiempo. El apartamento es el mejor que he estado, había absolutamente todo lo que necesitabas y era muy amplio. La terraza también muy bonita, la cocina muy equipada y el cuarto y el baño estaba impoluto. Sin duda alguna recomendaria quedarse aquí!!

The location is good: truly within easy walking distance to the city center. We also greatly appreciated being so close to the Brussels Midi (Zuid/South) Train Station, making arrivals and departures a breeze (and exploring other cities like Gent and Brugge). The proximity to the metro with direct lines to both the Brussels Expo and the Atomium was a major plus for sightseeing. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing everything a traveler could possibly need. From thoughtful touches like bathrobes and slippers to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. It offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. le lit parapluie avec son petit matelas et sa petite couette était parfaite. le canapé lit du salon est en revanche un peu rude. Peu éventuellement convenir pour un enfant. tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Très jolie vue, calme. la place de parking etait très appréciable, a noter qu'elle est a 300m de l'appartement. Merci a Youssef pour sa réactivité. je recommande.

Excellent week-end pour nous. Le penthouse est parfait, comme sur les photos. Les terrasses sont superbes et les prestations haut de gamme. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Encore un grand merci

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

L’appartement de Fernando est très agréable, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir Bruxelles à pied ou par les transports en commun. Les échanges avec Fernando pour faciliter notre arrivée avant l’heure prévue ont été fluides et rapides. Je conseille donc vivement la location de cet appartement.
