Through the kitchen you'll find yourself in the guest hall with a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and queen bed with over-sized closet. Upstairs is the sun-filled master king bedroom with full bathroom (stand up shower) and closet. I will be as available as you need! BlueIndy is Indy's electric vehicle share program - it's the perfect method to get to and from the airport! Built in the late 50's by the Electrical Inspector of Speedway, Charles T. Renie and wife Margie raised 9 children in this classic Speedway brick ranch. This home has remained in the family and much of the historic charm is still present. Recent updates include granite countertops, new appliances, flooring, and fresh paint. The home is located 1.5 miles from IMS and has easy access to the B&O walking trail leading to Main Street in downtown Speedway. (bikes included)
