I had a great stay at this property! The location was excellent — close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful, offering plenty of privacy. The space was very clean and well-maintained, which made it even more comfortable. The host was fantastic — always quick to respond to any questions I had, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Volvimos hoy de la estadía y tenemos nostalgia de lo hermoso que fue vacacionar en ese lugar. El departamento además de hermoso y increíblemente cómodo! Nos sentimos mejor que en casa. La zona es muy conveniente, tranquilo pero con actividades y paseos cerca. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la playa de Hollywood y de los juegos de plaza del ArtsPark (nuestro pequeño toddler sobre todo). Volveremos definitivamente ♥️

I stayed at Lyfe Resort with my daughter and 2 granddaughters age 17 & 11 for 1 week. The view was AMAZING! The check in was easy and we even got an early check in with no problems. The front desk personnel were very polite and kind. All communication with the owners were quick and thoughtful. We used Uber for all our sightseeing and that went very smooth. Had all our groceries delivered so we never missed not having a car. Restaurants, 7-11, and ice cream shop were all within walking distance. We visited the Hollywood Broadwalk, Yellow Green Farmers Market, Flamingo Gardens, and Coopertown Airboats. They were all great excursions. Le Tub and Nicks Bar and Grille were a couple of fantastic places to eat. The condo had plenty of kitchenware and the beds were very comfortable. l had read bad reviews about the elevators, but we never had to wait at all for the elevator and we were on the 38th floor. The pool and beach were great. We would definitely rent condo 3806 again. GREAT VIEWS!

I had the most amazing stay at Laure’s place in Hyde Beach House! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The unit was beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, offering the perfect balance of comfort and modern elegance. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. Being on such a high floor, I was treated to panoramic sights of the ocean and cityscape. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was a daily highlight. The amenities in this unit were outstanding. The full kitchen was great , equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. It was perfect for someone who likes to cook even when on vacation. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus for convenience, and the washer and dryer in the unit made my stay so much easier. This place truly had it all: comfort, luxury, and unbeatable views. I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it! I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Was there for Swiftie weekend, place was exactly as pictured zero complaints. We had an issue with smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night and they responded immediately which was great considering how late it was. They sent someone out next day to fix, pool was closed for 2 days because of wind so that was disappointing but no fault of the hosts at all. Would rent again, great place and host!

The property and the rental space are spectacular. When you wake up in the morning to the amazing view and step out to the huge wrap around balcony, you will know why you chose this property for your vacation. The pool, gym, bedrooms and beach also helped make this vacation one we will remember. However, there were things that needed improvement. We felt that the owner/management company should have supplied: 1. additional pillows (there should have been more than 2 per bed), 2. additional towels (master bedroom had 4 and the rest of the rooms had 2), 3. garbage bags (they want you to take out the garbage at the end of your stay and only provided the garbage bag used in the receptacle), 4. additional toilet paper, and 5. facial tissues. Also, only one of the three hairdryers in the unit was operational. The building's amenities and the apartment's breathtaking views led me to the 5-star review. But all the missing items listed above kept this from being a perfect stay.

Me and my friends had an amazing time and were very comfortable staying at their house. Would recommend for large groups and the amenities allowed for lots of fun! Thanks again!!!

Rented for our team for the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. Great setup for us and we enjoyed our time. Nice park a short walk away was good for morning exercise.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

This place is truly paradise! It is the most beautiful and cleanest house we have ever rented for our vacations, which says a lot since we tend to rent houses two to three times a year for vacations. The bed that we used in the master bed room was very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, with high ceilings with large windows. The master bed included a very spacious bathroom room. All three bathrooms had walk in showers. The lay out of the house was beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing the piano in the dinning room. Best of all, the pool area was breathtaking, with a shaded area for us to eat breakfast at every day with beautiful, comfortable patio furniture, and a very clean pool with warm water that cleaned it's self every day, surrounded with beautiful trees that attracted butterflies! To top it all off, there were bikes, sand toys, pool toys and a child's ping pong table in the garage. This place is truly heaven! We definitely plan to try to rent this place again!

Entire home was beautiful, comfortable furniture, pool was nice, has to clean frequently due to leaves. Don’t book if you’re scared of bugs. We expected bugs because it’s near a lake but by the time we seen the bug it was already dead. Whatever spray was used it’s the BEST. Definitely would book again. Perfect for a girls trip.

Alex was amazing. He checked on us throughout our stay, made checkout extremely easy, and was very attentive and responsive. Probably the best host I’ve had with Airbnb!

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Its was an important weekend for our family celebrating a couple of milestone bdays! We were here for 3 nights and the apartment exceeded expectations + Laure and team were very flexible and prompt on our requests. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Micaela was the best host I’ve ever had! She was accommodating to my early and late checkout. She was responsive whenever I needed something, for example the tv wasn’t working great and we were in contact to fix that immediately. It was the perfect stay and all place is great! Amazing views, perfect space for a getaway. Ocean beach chairs, two gorgeous pools and beautiful amenities. Plus, we had fun playing Tennis!

We enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and as described. Our son loved the pool and the view of the beach was amazing. Note there is a club on the beach next door.

Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!
