Very nice appartment. Around 10 minutes walking to the “Old course”. If you are a golfer, this is what you need. Lots of restaurantes near the appartment. Even the weather was very nice.

We had a really good stay at Carolines place. Comfortable, spacious and warm, with everything we needed. Ideally situated in a quiet area of the City but only a few minutes walk from the railway/bus stations and the main shopping area and restaurants/bars. Hope to return there again!

The rooftop apartment did not disappoint. My husband had rented it before but this was my first time. Watch out for the seagulls on the roof and bring your earplugs for the morning hours. Regardless, a lovely place to stay!

Excellent property. Exactly like the photos and description. Clean and tidy. Perfect location and we also had great weather which was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Myself & my daughter had a 2 night stay in the apartment whilst visiting St Andrews University. The apartment is in a great, central location close to all the bars, restaurants, cafes & beach. The apartment was clean, spacious & communication with the host was exceptional. Only negative was the traffic noise in the front bedroom due to the single glazing.

Für mich war es auch wichtig, dass die Küche gut ausgestattet ist. Auch hier, für die Dinge die ich benötigte, keine Beanstandung. Vielen Dank auch für die Restaurant & Café Empfehlungen. Ich wollte noch schnell etwas in die Waschmaschine packen, habe mich dann aber umentschieden, da ich keine Wäschespinne o.ä. entdecken konnte. Wollte dazu auch nicht mehr extra fragen (für den nächsten Aufenthalt, der schon wieder gebucht ist, kläre ich das noch ab). Übrigens, Buslinie direkt vor der Tür. Klasse. Supermarkt Tesco / Aldi usw. nicht weit entfernt. Mit Auto alles ein Klacks. Nach St. Andrews zum Golfen 40 Min.Wow. Auf dem Weg dorthin ist ein Golfplatz nach dem anderen zu sehen… Also, Golfer, die Gegend ist brillant für uns! Die Gastgeber, klasse!

We spent a few days during Christmas time and I can say that we had a great time, both in Dundee and in Carole's flat, which is located in a nice area of the city, provided with different services such as public parks, bus stops or groceries( Tesco express and Tesco extra are nearby). City centre was just 15 minutes on a bus or 7 minutes by car. The flat was nice and confortable, specially the bedroom, which has a quality king size bed. I highly recommend this place for a family of three.

It was simply the best, it was even better than the pictures, which were great. Loved the decor throughout, it was finished to a high standard and spotlessly cleaned. Lots of space, the shower room and sauna were impressive. Lawrence was the perfect host, really made us feel welcome. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, train station a 5 min walk. We will definitely be back!

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

Great apartment. It's located a short 5 min walk to the main town, and only a 8 min walk to the Old Course. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings; light and bright. Each room can be made up as a double bed, or 2 single beds. There is even a pullout couch in the main living room if needed. Gary provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other items in the pantry if you were going to cook. There is everything you'd need kitchen wise; plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. I highly recommend this rental if you are headed to St. Andrews. I hope to be back to the area again, and I'll definitely be booking this apartment again.

Our stay in Lee's Air Bnb was exactly what we needed. A quick stop over in central Perth, close to everything we required. It was easy to find and check in was hassle free. Lee kept in touch the whole time with instructions and was reachable when needed. The flat was spotless and very comfortable with a minimal and stylish look. I would highly recommend if you're needing a place to stay in Perth.

Stunning apartment! Lots of space. Lovely extra touches like White Company toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication excellent. Fabulous location, would definitely go back.

Fawaz was an excellent host, during a difficult time for my family. He was respectful and compassionate, and offered support and help on multiple occasions. What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

When we arrived, Aimee came ouside to greet us, lovely lady, very friendly! Place looked exactly like the pictures, hot tub was spacious with different settings and temperature control. Also got to see the chickens in the backyard, and Aimee had picked out a few eggs and left them in a basket for us! Lovely place and amazing apartment, we felt right at home! Absolutely worth the stay!

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Great place to stay, great location in the centre of Blairgowrie, fitted all my needs perfectly!

I am so pleased I booked this place and would return. All of the small touches had been thought of which made the experience special. The host provided a very clear short video showing us exactly how to get in. As you walk into the hall, you are welcomed with a beautiful fresh aroma, I think from scented diffuser sticks. There was Prosecco and tasty cookies on the dining table. The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The bed was covered with a host of comfy cushions and offered a restful sleep. TV and all appliances had instructions to hand, though they were simple to use. Easy walking distance to high street and the beach and free parking off the main road.

Was a fantastic base while visiting family and days out, felt homely and relaxing with the sound of the river. Perfect location for shops and public transport. Will definately use again
