Essendon Village is a rural Hamlet (no shops) 30 mins from London 10 mins Hatfield Station great country walks, pubs, close to Hatfield House & Hertford or base to explore London. One small dog welcome ( no cats) £10 p/n upon request .

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Barn in Harpenden, Hertfordshire self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed & travel cot & or hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Contains microwave, fridge, kettle, cooking utensils etc. Ideally suited for up to two adults, plus one child, under 16. Located in the village of Datchworth, near to Knebworth and Stevenage. 2 1/2 miles to main line Station, to Kings Cross or the North.

Annex

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
