Very responsive, friendly host. Exactly as listed, this like-new home was spotlessly clean with a contemporary feel and flexible, family friendly space. In a quiet, low traffic residential neighborhood but just 10 minutes from SDSU campus and downtown. Use of heated three car garage was added bonus. We visited in February but hope to take advantage of nice patio & grilling are in spring on our next trip to Brookings.

Traci’s home was peaceful and clean. We had everything we needed. My husband enjoyed his birthday. The grandkids loved walking down to the beach. The beds were clean and very comfortable. My husband really enjoyed reclining back and watching TV.

Jeremy’s place was spot on and he was a great host. Don’t let the shared space fool you, it’s very Discrete and private.

Great experience! We had large extended family for a wedding in nearby Brookings and it worked great. The wine tasting restaurant just next door was also very nice. Dillon was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay for our sons wedding. Placed worked great for hair & makeup central day of the wedding for the bride and all her attendants. Loved the old school charm of this house even though we didn't get to spend much time in it as we were on the go with wedding set up and rehearsal. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Bathrooms were clean and showers had great pressure. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if needing to stay in Brookings!

Great place to stay, very clean and easy to access. Very very comfortable bed! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend visit to SDSU. We wish it had another bathroom but we managed to take turns as needed. We will be staying there again when available. Molly is a great host!

Molly is an amazing host. We had a family emergency and she was quick to respond to my request for a same day check in and made sure that we had a place to go. The house met our needs and was close to everything. Thank you again Molly
