Location, location, location. Walkable to downtown which is exactly what we were hoping for. We needed to bring our parakeet this time because we couldn’t find a sitter. There were no issues around that which was a HUGE relief! We had a downstairs apartment that felt nice and cool, as though it would likely be a cool reprieve from summer heat without needing to run to ac. I’ll have to test that theory mid summer when we return! Would stay here again.

N! Baby! This place was dope! You were right, the pictures are only a small slice of what the place is like in reality. From the second we entered the house, I felt that It was worth every cent. I loved the place. The views were spectacular, the ambiance and atmosphere was chill aF. This is my new home away from home. I’ll tell you right now. Everytime I visit from the west coast, this is the only place I’m going to. N’s house. 7 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *One thing to keep in mind. If you are going to check in after the 4-6pm check in time. We came to Atlanta for a quick visit to the aquarium and the zoo. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Lounging on the back patio was peaceful!! It was a major plus that the house provided a pac n play. We greatly appreciated Tim being very accommodating and responsive.

Comfortable, clean, charming bungalow in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood. Sunny and spacious, well-appointed, and quiet. Convenient to central Atlanta, restaurants and shopping.

Great beds, well stocked kitchen, serene location with lovely birds and a bubbling creek, amazing sauna, nice hot tub, deer drinking from the creek and hanging out in the back yard, big yard, very little street noise, no curtains on downstairs windows but not a privacy issue - no one walks by on the street and cars zipping by can’t see in. Amazing hosts - extremely responsive and accommodating. Will for sure stay again if available next time in town!

Our family was in town to visit our newest family member who was being treated in the NICU, we were able to travel to and from the hospital with ease and then return to a place that was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to prepare meals for mom and dad, the outside area was also very comfortable allowing us to spend some time in fellowship while enjoying the sunshine. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was a great work stay for my sales team and I! Just a quick 10 min drive to downtown Americas mart, a short 10 min walk to Publix, and a bodega for little needs a block away! Also the cutest neighborhood and plenty of space for the 5 of us

The host was very professional, flexible, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Parking is secure, the building is secure. I felt extremely safe in this unit. Instructions for getting to the unit were amazing and easy to follow. The host was flexible with check in and check out. Truly grateful to book with such an accommodating host and I will continue to book with this host

We loved our stay here. Great location, spotless, well-appointed condo. Minty was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The only negatives I'd say were: - Condo was a bit tricky to find and get into, but we arrived after dark and I hadn't watched the handy check-in video that Minty sent us so thats on me. - The king bed was actually a bit uncomfortable, as it was 2 mattresses slid together. The skylight in the second bedroom was too bright for us. But overall a great stay!

I can’t say enough about how well Nadjia hosted us - especially last minute as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. She accommodated my group and was extremely responsive and helpful. If you want a penthouse view of the city, this is for you. A little construction going on but it was outside the apartment
