I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

We are in a family area with fantastic transport links to Central London in 10-20mins by train. Nestled between trendy Herne Hill and upmarket Dulwich Village in London Zone 2. The area is surrounded by artisan coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Our house is walkable to both Brockwell and Dulwich parks.

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.
