Świetne miejsce dla 8 - 10 osób, osobne pokoje z prywatnymi łazienkami zapewniają dużą prywatność. Przestrzeń mieszkalna dobrze wyposażona, miejsce wokół domu klimatyczne, zadbane i przestronne. Wspaniały sąsiad zza siatki częstował nas swoimi pomidorkami 😍 kilka kroków od domu znajduje się genialny prosecco bar Siesta we włoskim klimacie. Spędziliśmy tam świetny czas.

Het is een hele fijne woning ideaal om met ons gezin vakantie in te vieren: gezellig ingericht, fijne slaapkamers voor zowel ons als de kinderen en genoeg om mee te spelen voor de kinderen, op loopafstand van het meer en de ligging van de woning in het bos gaf veel verkoeling met het warme weer. Ook de locatie nabij Brno is een leuke vakantie bestemming!

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

Ubytování odpovídá fotkám a popisu, krásné prostředí a na chatě opravdu nic nechybí. Komunikace s hostitelem je naprosto bezproblémová a jde vidět, že pro spokojenost hostů udělá maximum. Rozhodně plánuji návrat a ubytování všemi deseti doporučuji :)

Reservamos este alojamiento en el último minutos por un viaje de última hora y nos aceptaron a mi marido, a mi y a nuestras 5 perras sin ninguna traba. Hemos estado muy cómodo en la casita y el jardín es una maravilla para humanos y para peludos. Si tenemos que volver, sin duda repetiremos!

Ivana is a great host. Place is excellent with large garden, sitting place, pool ... a wonderful home. Fully recommend it.

갑작스러운 문제로 저녁 늦은 시간에 체크인을 했는데 잘 조정해주셔서 불편함이 없었습니다. 깨끗한 실내와 쾌적한 환경에 하루를 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 주방을 사용해 저녁과 아침을 잘 먹을 수 있었습니다. 가격대비 시설면에서 매우 높은 점수를 주고 싶습니다.

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

We booked this place just because it was exactly half way through our journey from Poland to Croatia. And we feel sad we didn’t have the time or power to explore this beautiful house and the nature around it. When we woke up with the singing of the birds and small river rushing right next to the chalet we were amazed. House is perfectly equipped for a big family stay, kids room, toys, smell of wood inside. Beautiful garden and area to play. Absolutely perfect. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions when we told him we will come late in the evening. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to get away from city rush and rest their minds and body. 10/10

Vyborny apartman na urovni lepsiho hotelu, vcetne rucniku, kavy v cene, moznost nakupu vina z baru, limonad. Vyhrivany bazen, skvela sauna. Krb, plne vybavena kuchyn. Hezke okoli, viz fotky. Mila pani, ktera vam vse vysvetli. Vsem muzu vrele jen doporucit .

Super ubytování v nejvyšším patře díky tomu byl krásný výhled na celé okolí Brna. A nejlepší byl ten velký vnitřní bazén se saunou.

Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Winterurlaub mit unserem Hund. Eine schöne Gegend für Spaziergänge, in der Hütte ist es gemütlich und die Sauna mit Ausblick war ein echtes Highlight.

Úžasné místo k odpočinku, krásná příroda na procházky, skvělé k výletům po okolí, např. nádherná Třebíč. Hostitelé, Martina a Pavel, jsou velice přátelští a pozorní. Martina je velice kreativní výtvarnice a je možno prohlédnout si její práce v přilehlé galerii. A bonus: přijít po celodenním výletu v sychravém dni do vytopené chaloupky bylo prostě úžasné. Ubytování bylo skvělé, útuplné a čisté. Vše navíc podtrhovala krása výhledu z balkónu. Byt je moderní, avšak v realite oproti fotkám o dosti menší. To však nebyl problém (ani negativum). Užili jsme si to zde a určitě se někdy rádi vrátíme :) Ivo

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und man hat viele Möglichkeiten für kleine und größere Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür.

The farm house was an outstanding experience. We rode horses on both days and it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were lovely and made sure we were comfortable. We would highly recommend!

David oli hyvin avulias ja joustava majoittaja. Asunnon sijainti oli loistava, pienen kävelymatkan päässä messukeskuksesta ja julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla pääsi lähelle asuntoa sujuvasti Brnon keskusasemalta.

Awesome neighbourhood, full of small houses and villas, two parks nearby (one small and one bigger, Lužánky Park). Very good for walking the dog and for going for a run. 5 minutes to Tugendhat Villa, which is amazing, highly recommended to visit. 15 min walk to the old town, 20 minutes if you take a slightly longer but nicer route through the park and villa gardens. The flat is small, but comfortable for two people with a dog. Very quiet building. You can really feel as if you’re a Brno local.

Stayed during my Erasmus for an extended period, Michal is a very friendly and understanding host. The accommodation is great and close to many means of transport, only 5 minutes from the center. The Wi-Fi connection is décent, but it is possible to request a Wi-Fi router to increase performance if you are staying for an extended period. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, and the apartment is also prepared in advance according to the number of visitors. I was able to visit Brno and Pragues, but also work quietly and focus. I highly recommend it.
