nastanitev je v lepi in mirni soseki, vendar je kar precej ven iz centra. gostiteljica je zelo primerna jazna in zelo odzivna. soseka je varna in mirna zato smo brez skrbi pustili motorje na ulici. kuhinja zadostuje za osnovno pripravo obrokov, amapk ji manjka hladilnik. vredu cena za ponujeno storitev.

Апартаменти в самому центрі Брно з неймовірним виглядом на собор Святого Якуба. Для тих, хто планує прогулюватися тихими вуличками в будь-яку пору року та будь-який час доби - це те, що треба. У квартирі є все необхідне для кількох днів перебування. Було досить комфортно. Єдине, чого реально не вистачало для сімʼї з 4 осіб, це хоча б кількох гачків для рушників у ванній, бо не було жодного.

Un apartamento muy bien decorado, cómodo, con terraza y sauna. El barrio es tranquilo y hay un supermercado prácticamente en el mismo edificio. Los anfitriones respondieron a los pocos minutos. 100% Recomendable.

El espacio resultó acogedor, organizado y funcional, pasé buena parte del tiempo allí, llovió los 3 días que estuve en Brno, salí poco, solo cuando amainaba la lluvia. Me gustaría regresar.

A lakás a képeknek megfelelő, csendes környéken van, a főúton villamos megy de a lakás a belső udvarra néz, így egyáltalán nem zavaró. A lakás újszerű, szépen berendezett, kb 10 perc sétára van a belvárostól. Mi 2 kisgyerekkel voltunk, a francia ágyon és kihúzható kanapén kényelmesen elfértünk. Parkolni a környező utcákban lehet, hétközben 0-24 fizetős, de az első óra ingyenes, mi felpakolás után a közeli parkolóházba tettük le az autót. Hétvégén ingyenes a parkolás, így szombat délelőtt áthoztuk az autót. Napközben lehet parkolót találni, délután már egyre nehezebb. Biztonságos a környék, nem féltettem a kocsit.

Stayed during my Erasmus for an extended period, Michal is a very friendly and understanding host. The accommodation is great and close to many means of transport, only 5 minutes from the center. The Wi-Fi connection is décent, but it is possible to request a Wi-Fi router to increase performance if you are staying for an extended period. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, and the apartment is also prepared in advance according to the number of visitors. I was able to visit Brno and Pragues, but also work quietly and focus. I highly recommend it.

Het is een hele fijne woning ideaal om met ons gezin vakantie in te vieren: gezellig ingericht, fijne slaapkamers voor zowel ons als de kinderen en genoeg om mee te spelen voor de kinderen, op loopafstand van het meer en de ligging van de woning in het bos gaf veel verkoeling met het warme weer. Ook de locatie nabij Brno is een leuke vakantie bestemming!

Moc příjemné ubytování na pěkném klidném místě, krásná velká zahrada s terasou 😊 Vše proběhlo v pořádku, hostitel byl přívětivý, určitě mohu doporučit.

War wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war alles Top sauber und auch so wie auf den Bilder zu sehen ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es gab absolut keine Probleme weder beim Ein- oder beim Auschecken es hat alles Makellos geklappt. Ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert. 🔥

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans la maison de Lukáš. Borač était sur notre parcours vélo, nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, mais nos vélos ont pu être à l'abri sur la terrasse :). La chambre et le logement sont conformes à la description. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Lukáš mais il a été très prévenant et réactif. Merci pour l'accueil à distance !

Vyborny apartman na urovni lepsiho hotelu, vcetne rucniku, kavy v cene, moznost nakupu vina z baru, limonad. Vyhrivany bazen, skvela sauna. Krb, plne vybavena kuchyn. Hezke okoli, viz fotky. Mila pani, ktera vam vse vysvetli. Vsem muzu vrele jen doporucit .

Чудова затишна оселя, у літку прохолодна та комфортна. Все необхідне що потрібно для проживання було забезпечено. Дякуємо!!!

Sehr schöne, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Matěj’s place looks great in the photos, but in person, it is even better. It is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is leafy and quiet and it was a joy to take a stroll to the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. I recommend this for people visiting Brno, especially if you have a car, as the parking (for a fee) is extremely convenient (just in front of the building). If you don’t have a car, tram lines are only a few blocks away. Note: this is up a couple of flights of stairs, so those with limited mobility may want to find other accommodation, but for most, this is a great place.

What a beautiful apartment in the city center of Brno! We loved it and would recommend it to everyone to stay there if they want to enjoy everything Brno offers.

The accomodation was really good, had everything we needed and was very close to centre. The host described pretty well how to get inside. The apartment is bigger than it looks at the photos. Really enjoyed our time staying here.

This place is a fantastic find! Its location on the edge of the town centre strikes the perfect balance – offering a peaceful stay while keeping nearly all of Brno's attractions within easy walking distance. Inside, the apartment was impeccably clean, and the provision of hotel-quality supplies added a real touch of comfort. Martin and his team were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us the flexibility of an earlier arrival, which was a great help. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Brno, and I would recommend it to my friends.

We had an excellent stay at Barbora’s apartment in Brno. The place is modern, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything one might need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Barbora was incredibly kind and accommodating — she even welcomed our dog, which we deeply appreciated. Everything was perfect, and we wholeheartedly give it 5 stars. Highly recommended!
