We had a perfect week staying at Smuggler's Cove and visiting the BVI. This house was a perfect jumping off point for all our adventures. The house and views were beautiful, the property managers greeted us at arrival and were completely welcoming to the Island. We had 8 total in our party and the house was easily large enough for everyone. Out of all the places we have stayed travelling, this house is at the top due to the quality, beauty, and attention to detail in the design! Highly recommend!

Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

We stayed 4 nights and hope to return another time. The views are absolutely amazing of St. John and Norman Island. The house is huge. The kitchen and indoor living area are in one wing of the house and the 3 bedrooms are in another wing of the house, with the pool in the center connecting the two wings. Each guest room is large with a view. Bathrooms are large with plenty of counter space and high quality towels. The rooms have large closets or armoires for storage. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor grill, cutting boards and much more. There are plenty of beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a cooler, plus nice portable speaker for use. A few notes - there is a stray cat that you have feed every night. No shampoo or soap for the shower, which is typical in European AirBnBs. Would not recommend for small children due to pool openness and steep drop offs.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Excellent escape, just what we needed - thanks to Sharon and her lovely Virgin Gorda home! Her home is the true and proper Virgin Gorda experience, open air and wonderful warm sea breezes. The house itself is spacious and roomy, very comfortable for my family with three small children. Everything we needed on the island was an easy and short drive away. We hope to stay at this home again when we come back!

The property was absolutely beautiful and though it was secluded, we felt safe. This is an ideal place for if you want to get away and relax. The only downside to this property is the difficulty in getting there—be mindful before booking that you have to take a ferry to get to Jost Van Dyke. I didn’t realize this prior to booking. However once we arrived by ferry, John and Rose arranged a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and take us to the property, which was very kind. The property was also a little smaller than expected, but the views were breathtaking and the experience was well worth it. John and Rose were very communicative, hospitable, and ensured we had a great time.

Stunning views from a well appointed and spacious villa! Place was clean and complimentary bottled water & coffee was a nice touch after our groups long day travel to the villa. Highly recommended.

Flame Villa is nothing short of paradise. The property, view, beach, and access to the resort amenities were 5 star. It was peaceful, and private, but could easily access the club and restaurants by foot. Communication was outstanding and the house was very well appointment. We wanted for nothing except a longer stay! We will be back for sure.

Amanda was very communicative and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. With only moments to the pristine beach, the location could not be beat. The resorts pool is literally in the front yard but less you pay the day fee of $100 it cannot be used which felt like a tease. However, if you get the day pass, $75 can go towards a meal at the resort which we did one day and I’d say it was worth it. The home was cozy with enough space, coffee and creamer provided as well as other daily items which we appreciated. We would stay there again for sure. So beautiful!!

Very private and well secure

First of all, the hosts are amazing. Patricia followed up throughout my stay without “hovering.” Alphonso greeted me with patience (it was a long day of travel and my brain wasn’t functioning on all cylinders!) and a big smile. He suggested we get takeaway from Sebastian’s, an easy walk, before they closed for the evening. The food was delicious. The chicken wings are definitely hot…just as I hoped! Settling in was easy. I immediately felt relaxed especially on the porch listening to the neighborhood settle in and then for coffee the next morning. The beach at Apple Bay is clean, private, the water is stunning to look at and refreshing. Patricia and Alphonsos place is ideal for anyone who appreciates immersing themselves in an off the beaten path location. If you yearn to explore everything Tortola has to offer you can also rent a car directly with Alphonso.

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Highly recommend this air bnb to anyone staying on Tortola. The area is amazing, a lot of close beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Overall the air bnb was perfect, host and Val was amazing and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. Waking up right on the ocean - can’t beat it. This place is amazing and photos don’t do a justice for how nice it was!!

We’ve stayed in airbnbs around the world and this has been the best experience. Two ocean front balconies, a kitchen stocked with tons of supplies/spices, , great AC, etc., with terrific resort amenities. The perfect vacation. You definitely need to rent a car to get there. Cabs are hard to come by and very expensive. The roads are insane and steep, but we went with a Suzuki Jimny (like a Jeep Wrangler) and got the hang of driving within a few days. There’s a surf location nearby at Josiah Bay, too. You’ll be twenty minutes to anything you’ll need. Stock up on groceries before you check in because the resort restaurant is overpriced and the service isn’t great. The people are great. All in all, best vacation. We’ll be back!

This is one of my favorite locations. Definitely not my first time staying and won’t be the last. The host is absolutely amazing hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. 10 out of 10 and I will always stay at this location anytime I have the chance.

Anna-Kaye’s condo was exactly what we wanted! It’s on a beautiful secluded beach with access to the Wyndham Resort amenities that’s located next door. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and only steps from the beach. Michele was our local host and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. She arranged for pickup and drop off to the airport, provided us with a car rental, answered all our questions and provided numerous suggestions. Having a car, we traveled all over Tortola and did day trips to St John, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, Peter Island and Norman Island. Perfect condo, already planning a return trip!

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. The beach is beautiful appears to be for the use of condo and resort guests only and I don’t think there were more than five people on it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this co do if you are looking for serenity.

Shan’s place at Tobacco Wharf was ideally suited for us - very central, near to Road Town (shops, restaurants, banks etc) with easy access to most parts of the island. The apartment is well set up, clean and very spacious. In its one bedroom format, which as a couple was just what we needed, there was more than enough space with a good size bedroom and the use of two shower rooms. Thanks for a great stay.

Place is great for a couple to enjoy long bay. 5 minute Walk to two restaurants. spa is just a 2 minute walk. Dipping pool and patio even better than the photos!
