We have stayed a lot of places in the area and this is the best- for so many reasons! Nadine is just a wonderful person super accommodating and thoughtful! The place is warm, comfortable and has a great location! It feels like a home away from home and we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Iris Breeze is exactly as described. We stayed for three nights as we were having kitchen renovations. We were close to home though it felt like we were a world away!!!We loved our stay. The view was amazing while cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The home was comfortable and inviting. I would recommend fixing the slider screens and the middle slider door as it is very hard to lock. Having some baking sheets and a can opener would be wonderful :) Donna, the host, was excellent and quickly responded to all our questions. We would highly recommend Iris Breeze!

We had a great stay! There was a little glitch upon check in but we had good communication with Lindsay. The property was very clean and it was a huge plus to have the beds already made up and linens/ towels provided. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for our family of 5 to spread out. The views from the deck were amazing and we had a great time kayaking around the cove. If ever in the area again, we would return.

Absolutely well kept and beautiful home in walking distance to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood that's easily walkable. The house had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so responsive and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

Place was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Convenient location. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Fly Fishers Cottage was the perfect choice for my visit home for the holidays. The cottage is exactly as described, spotless, super cozy, and it was even decorated for Christmas! It was the exact amount of space I needed and felt like a home away from home. It is ideally located to get to Jamestown and Newport, as well as to other parts of RI and MA where I was visiting family. Clare is a wonderful host, very responsive, and flexible with check in/out which I hugely appreciated. She also made sure outside was cleared and gritted after some snow - it seems like a small thing, but made me feel welcome and taken care of. I really hope to stay at the cottage again on my upcoming summer visit - thank you Clare!

Atlantic Beach Hotel was just what I needed! A peaceful, comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay after a busy trip to Boston. And very clean!!l

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

I love this location. Huge rooms. Comfortable king size bed . Quiet. Great views. You can walk to this little beach around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker. I bring my own food and cook. The tv has cable but I didn't see how to get Netflix. Also there are two big bathrooms. They have a pool but I haven't used it since I go in April. Newport is a quick drive over the bridge (there is a $4 toll fee- if you have EZpass no big deal). Plenty fo shops and restaurants in Newport and of course the huge mansions from the 1890's. It's about $50 to go into two of them. Or the Breakers, the most famous one is $35pp. Check out Bellevue Ave, its fabulous. I also like to eat at the Red Parrot. There are plenty of local shops to browse, and the Wharf where you can walk along the water. Parking is free in the winter/early spring. Check the signs cause they do have metered parking. I can usually find something, and there are lots you can pay per hour.

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

had an amazing time at Gary's waterfront property, me and my family stayed over easter Weeknd, and waking up to the ocean view is something me and my family will never forget, the homes was immaculate,and very clean, thier was a very clean pool, hot tub ,and sauna, &board games, it had something for everyone in our group , we will defiantly be booking in the future.

Very cute cottage on the water and super quiet and peaceful! Beds were very very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Spiral staircase is definitely tricky to get up and down for elderly and young kids but not a huge issue for us. Overall great little cottage and we would be back!

The house was wonderful. We were in Rhode Island to visit Newport, but honestly we could have just stayed at the house all week and relaxed. Plenty of great sitting areas to read and lots of windows! I appreciated that they reached out to me before we even checked in just to see if I had any questions.

This cottage is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The water view is amazing and the back screen porch is awesome. Great location, central to lots of great beaches and activities and restaurants. One thing to note though, the cottage has a very nice private rocky beach area, right in the back yard, but it is only accessible by the going down a long steep set of stairs and them down a large rock. This is not a complaint at all specific to the cottage, the water access is the same for all the homes in this neighborhood, but should be noted that it is difficult to access for anyone with any balance or mobility issues. overall a wonderful stay and Jesse was very responsive and helpful!! can't wait to visit again!

This beach cottage was lovely and an enjoyable stay. The place was clean and walking distance to the town beach/the water. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed having dinner on the back deck during our stay. Steven and Erin were responsive and sweet to leave us some treats for our stay.
