Beautiful location with amazing amenities, great place to be, lots of living space. It was a shame that we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool due to the weather but was beautiful either way.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, very cosy lounge room with the most amazing bookshelves filled with books, a large bathroom (a bit of a mould issue but not surprising given so much rain), a supremely comfortable bed and convenient access to streaming services. The breakfast with superb views was wonderful (we did not need lunch!), and our host was warm, friendly and quick to communicate when we had questions! Would highly recommend this location :)

Zoe was really welcoming and lovely! We had the chance to talk about all sorts of interesting topics and her love for life is inspiring. The room was comfortable and large enough to hold the large amount of luggage my boyfriend and I had. I loved spending quiet moments on the balcony enjoying the tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape. Note for light sleepers: chicken and birds can be heard in the morning. We had a good laugh the first time! Her cat was really sweet too. In July, it was really cold in Brisbane and we were delighted to find that there was a heating system in the room! We recommend the place !

Logement original constitué de plusieurs chambres. Très beaux parquets dans toutes les pièces. Les lits étaient confortables. Seul le salon aurait pu être amélioré en disposant les canapés peut être différemment. Belle salle de bain. La cuisine est équipée d’un micro-onde, bouilloires et grille pain, ce qui permet de manger mais cuisiner semble compliqué. Ce n’est pas très grave car on trouve de très nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Absolutely gorgeous accomodation. Definitely one to return to. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated 1930’s double storey building that felt like my Grandmother’s Californian Bungalow in England, so I immediately felt at home. Edward House is spotless, comfortable and a quiet location yet only a stones throw from all Brisbane has to offer. Wonderful continental breakfast with plenty of choices and neatly presented. Certainly will be back and definitely will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Philip for a great stay.

A charming and comfortable period cottage set in a large and pretty private garden in the heart of this lovely suburb of Brisbane. Very peaceful. Helen was a super host and very thoughtfully laid on fresh milk, eggs, fruit etc for our arrival - which was much appreciated.

Amazing stay at Laetitia’s place. Beautiful private little studio and she was so courteous to help me with my things as I had a fractured hip. Highly recommend staying here. Gorgeous place close to some great cafes.

The hosts were the most hospitable couple we have ever come across on AirBnb. They went above and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable. Our children loved the pets (dog Charlie and cat Missy) and I loved the massage chair and massive tv. The house was clean and tidy and as described in every way. We highly recommend

Endroit ravissant, charmant, très propre et soigné et à 20 min à pieds du pont et des restaurants et bars animés le long de la rivière. Philipp est adorable et prend à cœur le bien être de ses hôtes. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit et vraiment je le recommande Edward Lodge pour 1 étape à Brisbane. Petit dej copieux et délicieux qui peut se prendre à l'intérieur ou dehors dans petit jardin en terrasse. Nous avons pu également lavé quelques vêtements, un plus en road trip !

My first stay at an AirB&B and it was brilliant. Guests are made very welcome by Patrick and his good lady and given access to most of the house’s facilities. If I ever return to the area I will book with this lovely couple. 10/10 for me.

Really enjoyed our time here. The place was simple and the surroundings were serene. Easy access to the hustle & bustle of Dayboro if you required it. Would definitely stay again.

To be honest it's the sweetest family that I've met since I'm in Australia, Sara is a lovely person, always there when needed and very attentive. The climate is pleasant, the house is very spacious, perfect for balancing privacy and sociability according to everyone’s preferences. It was a wonderful experience to meet them, and I highly recommend it.
