Paul and Dan’s place is located on the beautiful St Kilda Road, offering a fantastic location with easy access to everything Melbourne has to offer. They are excellent communicators with a genuinely caring and thoughtful attitude, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Melbourne and highly recommend their apartment to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay.

Dylan's apartment was well located for our mother - daughter shopping trip to Melbourne. We were right near the Queen Victoria Markets and a tram stop (in the free zone), but also a manageable walk into the main shopping precinct when we felt like walking. The apartment was just like the photos and we loved having our own bedroom and bathroom - no need to share when getting ready to go out. The little kitchen and sitting room were also nice and cosy, so we were able to stay in and have our own little movie nights (my daughter is under 18 so we weren't after nightlife etc.). Although we didn't use the pool or gym- which was well equipped, it was good to know we had access if we chose to use them. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Jack’s place. It was quirky and not a sterile space like many other city apartments. The space was a good size and had nice additional features like an espresso machine. The balcony was good to use in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed a decent size. When we had an issue Jack was quick to respond. Access to the gym was useful.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in a stunning block. The apartment felt very homely and reminded me of some of the mansions buildings in London, lots of character but modern. Two fantastic bathrooms too. Amazing location so close to the CBD and park. Would be great for an MCG game! Moses is very friendly and helpful and was very accommodating to our requests too. wouWould thoroughly recommend staying here if you are in Melbourne for any event or just to enjoy the beautiful city.

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Great place to stay with loads of space for a large family. Close proximity to shops transport and the beautiful walks along the river. Appreciated the ability to have early check in and later checkout. Lovely bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities. Beautiful home.

was a fantastic property and we enjoyed our time. absolutely recommend this house, and the pool was fantastic. would always come back with my family and stay here.

Nicola was a lovely host, very responsive and accomodative to our needs. She provided a very clear list of things that needed to be done and recommendations for this around based on our reason for stay. Allowed us to have felixble check-in and check-out which was very much appreciated. The house was lovely, good for larger groups very spacious but still homey. Kitchen was prestine and outdoor area was enjoyable to the sunshine.

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

We loved this location. Very accessible and walkable to Smith St, where there were lots of cafe options. Beautiful home and facilities. Would recommend!

I had a great stay at StJohn’s place! The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. The location was perfect, close to some restaurants and public transport. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. It was very practical and in such a great location on a quiet street near to a big park and lots of transport options. It is quite small, but consistent with what the photos show. Some of the amenities are a little worn and old around the house, but all serviceable. Would stay again.
