Clair's cottage is absolutely stunning and she is just the best host. One of the best places I've ever stayed at through AirBnb. cannot recommend enough!

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

Absolutely perfect! Perfect location, just on the corner of St. James street, close to seaside and in perfect conditions. Deffo recommend also thanks to perfect hostesses who give extra touches to it making it even more welcoming and enjoyable!

Perfect location with the beach less than 5 minutes away local shops less than 10 minutes away, and the town centre around 15 minutes away, once you park up you don't need to use your car. Peaceful with everything you need. A lovely garden, with a wooden cabin to use.

Pete’s place was perfect. It had every thing that we needed and was very central and peaceful. Pete was very good as he let us check in early and check out late which was very appreciated. He also gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We love our stay in Brighton and hope to be back soon

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

Amazing place and lots of amazing view from where we stayed. Loved the cliff nearby that was short walking distance. Definately will go back

A great stay in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and close to Shoreham town centre with easy buses in. Felt right at home and communication was top tier. Definitely consider this for a weekend beach getaway!

The house was lovely and very clean. A short walk from the sea, it couldn't be better placed. Hazel is a great host and responded to any messages quickly. Staying there helped to make the weekend very memorable.

Firstly an incredible host. Always proactive, always helpful. Simply the best. A lovely house for our family in a great location in which to enjoy hove and Brighton.

Fantastic what the hosts have done with the tiny box, modern looking & everything you need - Great location in the middle of the marina - lots of activities bars & restaurants & just a short walk or bus ride into Brighton city centre - very enjoyable 3 night stay & would recommend We will be back to the marina for another get away in the future Many thanks Steve & Jade

We had a lovely stay the accommodation was exactly how you see it the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Very near loads of cafes are bars and excellent bus services easy to use. We will definitely book again thank you for a lovely stay
