Lovely place in a fantastic location. Uncluttered and beautifully presented with everything we needed. Having parking and outdoor space in such a central Brighton location is a real bonus. Will definitely come back!

A wonderful home for a family stay in Brighton. Lovely interior decor and style, close enough to shops and restaurants to walk into town. Clean and spacious. Would recommend for families.

Really lovely little house in a perfect location for shops restaurants seafront and The Lanes.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch, sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, total ruhig und gut gelegen. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar, es gibt viele Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect. Booked this flat for my Dad's visit and he felt right at home. Easy to access, very well presented, and great location near lot's of eateries and the seafront. Thank you Catherine.

A really enjoyable stay. Loved the location being so close to sea with a fabulous view. A good walk into town centre and the Lanes or buses run past the property. Lise was a fabulous host. Really helpful in accomodating us and responsive to any requests. The penthouse located at the top of a beautiful house was comfortable, warm and inviting. Everything we needed was provided to ensure our weekend stay went smoothly, with clear instructions on how to enter & how the heating works etc. Milk & bottled water, along with teabags & coffee were also provided. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa. I am a very light sleeper so brought ear-plugs seeing as the house is on a main road. I would most definitely book again.

Great stay in Brighton. We enjoyed the place and everything was very walkable.
