This is the second time we've stayed here and we love it. It's such a great location for walking into Brighton, and the beach is on your doorstep. Jo sends really clear instructions about checking in/out, as well as using the car park, which is so helpful! Would highly recommended!

This was truly one of the most delightful places I’ve stayed in! The location is fabulous—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bus stops, making it super easy to get around and enjoy everything Brighton has to offer. The accommodation itself was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. Everything I needed was provided, from toiletries to extra blankets, which made the stay so comfortable and convenient. The hosts were fantastic—quick to respond, kind, and very accommodating throughout. Highly recommend this lovely spot and would definitely stay again!

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, der Blick auf die rostigen Reste des alten Pier unbeschreiblich schön.die Badezimmer gut, eins mit Duache eins mit Wanne. Handtücher in neuwertigem Zustand. Das Haus macht einen modernen Eindruck. Das Wohnzimmer und der Esszimmertisch gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Umvergesslich : Kaffee trinken auf dem kleinen Balkon mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Man hat in Brighton eine sehr gute Auswahl an Pubs und Restaurants. Direkt hinter der Stadt wunderbare ländliche Gegend zum wandern. Wir habe.n uns wohlgefühlt!

I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. It's a modern building with a very helpful concierge, walking distance to almost everything and just around the corner of some awesome coffee spots or shopping in the Lanes. Spacious bathroom, all clean. Communication with Vinn is great and fast! Will definitely book again when I'll be back

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

As a group of 4 we loved our stay. The appartement was spacious and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood but the lanes, beach and train station are all in walking distance. Emily was very responsive and flexible.

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. The house is fantastic and has everything you could need. It is right in the centre of all the action but, as it is away from the road, it is very quiet. We had lovely weather while we were there and spent time sitting in the small patio garden. We didn’t have any need to contact the host while we were there but had a message from her on check in with details and the option to call her if we needed anything. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

We had a very enjoyable stay. There is lots to do in Brighton and the flat is in a very convenient and pleasant location. It is very close to the main bus routes which take you to either Brighton or Hove. The flat is close to the shops if you need things and the flat is nicely laid out with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a fold out bed in the front room which is useful. The rooms are nicely furnished and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Eleanor is an excellent host. Many thanks Sylvia.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Brighton for the weekend, the flat is exactly as listed, ideally located within good walking distance to all of Brighton and Hove with great transport links to get further afield!

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment! We had an excellent time here. The hosts were responsive and offered a very flexible check in! The only possible downsides were that we got some noise from the street at night (to be expected given the location) and the bedrooms got very bright in the mornings. We didn't find either of these to be an issue at all, but worth keeping in mind.

Katherine's place has a beautiful bay window ocean view from the 3rd floor above the street, with lovely sunsets over the Brighton Pier. It was spacious, super clean and cute. It is an easy walk to the Royal Pavilion and many nice restaurants, plua a nice Co-op grocery is only one block away. Highly recommended and I wish we could have stayed longer!
