Jodi was kind and very responsive. The location was clean, pristine, warm, and conveniently located 1 block feom the beach. All amenities losted were available. Jodi went above and beyond in providing clear instructions, preparing the location and ensuring that me and my family had a great stay and were able to make great memories. Michelle's cottage is a great place to stay on Ocean City! She and her husband are amazing hosts and were incredibly welcoming to my family. The location is perfect in that you can walk to the beach or bay in 10 minutes while being incredibly quiet and peaceful. The cottage itself is nice and the amenities like the outdoor shower are incredible for coming back from a day at the beach!

Sabine's responsiveness is remarkable; she addresses every inquiry, even the more challenging ones, with genuine kindness, making you feel genuinely welcome—unlike many places that give off a museum-like vibe, leaving you hesitant to touch anything or ask too many questions. This property is ideal for families with children and is exceptionally accommodating for elderly family members, as it is conveniently located on the first floor. It's also just a short walking distance from Chabad, perfect for those observing the Sabbath. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as cozy chairs in every bedroom. This level of attention to detail truly enhances the overall experience, making it a memorable and comfortable stay. Book this place if you are going to Ventnor. It is fantastic!

We had an excellent time at Joyce”s place. A short block to the boardwalk & beach, a beautiful deck to sit out and enjoy the sea breeze, listen to the ocean & read a book. Everything was clean. Joyce is proactive & from the details iota clear that she loves what she does. She ensures that everything you need is there so that all you have to do is relax. This was full accumulations, from a regular coffee pot & Keurig along with coffee, clean sheets & blankets, even extension cords, & toilet paper. Everything we normally bring with us was already there to use. The added private outdoor shower also had a 2nd bathroom which was great for a family of 6. Joyce is pleasant & kind. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Joyce for all that you do! This was THE BEST rental experience in the 14 years we’ve been coming to OCNJ.

Great place to stay when visiting Atlantic City.

This is a very clean space, and walkable to the boardwalk right next to the hard rock and ocean casino, plenty of restaurants and beach is within walking distance.
