The location was perfect - close town centre amenities like coffee, food, grocer etc but not so close that there was a constant stream of people walking past. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk where my dog enjoyed a good walk and sniff

Overall great stay. House was beautiful, backyard was great for my two dogs, super close to the beach and only a 3 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty. Caitlin was great to deal with, very responsive and provided some great recommendations. I have nothing to fault about the property whatsoever. Will definitely be back again.

When we first arrived, the property wasn’t cleaned properly, but Rachel and Danni immediately sorted everything out for us, which we really appreciated, especially given our short stay. Their quick response and attention made a big difference. Overall, everything else was great — the property was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Thank you again to Rachel and Danni for making our stay smooth and enjoyable!

Quinninup is a favourite place for us to visit and we wouldn’t stay anywhere other than here. Very peaceful and relaxed home vibe, plus exceptional value for money and Tessa always responds swiftly to enquiries :) This is our second time staying at this listing and we will definitely be back - 5 stars!!

Amazing place, very cozy, with breathtaking views to a quiet beach and sea. Well equipped with all that is needed for a family. We had a wonderful stay including time spent in the surrounding region. Louise was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Best place that we know in Australia!

We really had a great time on our 2nd visit to the same property in a year . We love the private beach access and the ability to spend time with our dog at the beach . The house is clean and spacious . Would definitely recommend staying here particularly if you have a dog . There is no kitchen but there is Barbeque on site and microwave and air fryer as well . Will definitely return again

Great family house which is dog friendly. We had a few small issues which were addressed very quickly. Across the road to the beach, good games room for the kids and great outside area with a small pool. We will definitely re-book. Thank you again.

Gordon is one of the most generous and friendly host we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and breakfast provisions, the ambience is so peaceful and relaxing. Our dogs settled in well despite wanting to play with the Llamas. This is my third stay with Gordon and surely won’t be the last. Top notch!

We had amazing stay as a family of six—the property was ideal for our requirements and surpassed all expectations! The house was tidy, spacious, and well-equioed, and it was an excellent choice for both the adults and the kids. The pool was a huge success with the kids. The overall design allowed us to relax and have some quality family time with ease. We adored the thoughtful design and warmth throughout the house, and we're already looking forward to coming back—just the two of us for a quiet getaway or with the whole family again. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful appointed retreat!

This property is well worth the money, all the facilities are amazing, the views are sublime and the location is even better. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights & were sad to leave. Will definitely be booking this place for our next holiday.

Great location, spacious rooms and enough bathrooms and space to cater for larger groups. Having the pool, pool table, fusball table and arcade was a big plus for entertaining. The only slight issue was the BBQ was quite dirty and greasy, but that was a very minor blip in what was a quality stay and a place I would very much recommend to anyone travelling with a large group requiring several beds.

Great place to stay. Ideal location, walkable to the jetty, restaurants and the beach. The pool was also ideal for keeping everyone entertained.

The perfect WA escape!! The house was exactly as described, its own little oasis. Huge lagoon pool, lots of space for the kids to play hours and hours of side and seek. Very private and away from the main hustle, but still only a short walk into town. The house accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids perfectly. Big enough that you weren’t under each others feet. South West Holiday Properties were great to deal with. A house we would rent again 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful few days at Glenlynn and are excited to plan another visit in the future. Dave & Nikki have a beautiful property, which provided the perfect holiday for us. The Dam is stunning and our dog had a blast swimming in it. The walks around the property and through the state forests were so peaceful and not overly difficult which was important with a toddler in tow. Dave, was super friendly and accommodating and allowed us to join him when feeding some of the animals a huge highlight for our little boy. The cottage was well kept and clean in all the important places. Toilet, shower, bed linen and kitchen etc were all spotless. Don't go expecting a dust free, pristine environment within the cottage, the cottages are from the 1990's and situated on a working farm, but our cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our little boys first trip down south and we genuinely couldn't have found a better place. Thank you Dave and Nikki.

We had wonderful 3 night stay. Our hosts could not have been more friendly, the animals were so cute and the surrounds serene. We were really happy with the accommodation, it was spacious, very clean with everything we needed to self cater. Only a short 10-15 minute drive into town, close to the mountain bike trails and a 20 minute drive to the main break

Sarah's place puts you in a beautiful tranquil part of WA. It is set up so well for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature around you as well as the proximity to a great white sand beach for swimming, taking walks and just hanging-- all was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to kick back for a few days; we definitely didn't want to leave.

Thank you Chloe for opening up your house to us. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The space was cozy and thoughtfully set up, and it really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed walking around and visiting the animals, and playing fetch with Juju as well. Our kid has been asking how’s Juju and he misses him a lot ever since we left. Really appreciate the care you’ve put into the place, and we hope to be back again one day.

Great trip, the house was lovely with beautiful views out to sea, it was very well organised and I enjoyed our stay .I would have expected toiletries provided at that price (just a soap/ body wash) like other stays in the region provide at a similar price.

Our little family had the most wonderful stay with Luciana and David! The place was spotless, easy and convenient. Smelt like a spa as we walked in which set the tone for our stay :) Our time was made extra special with visits from the dog and the beautiful fire, wine and endless stars.
