This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Amazing stay! The perfect mix of hotel amenities and the freedom afforded by staying at an airbnb. The room was surprisingly spacious (made even better by the floor to ceiling sliders and windows), balcony was expansive with beautifully city and bay views, and the hotel itself was modern and clean with very accommodating and friendly staff. Honestly, one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The location was so unexpected (I would def recommend Coconut Grove and will certainly make an effort to return!) - scenic, walkable, and everything you need. We loved being out and about (everything is easily accessible by foot or Uber) and were just as excited and happy to return to the beautiful room at night. The views alone made it feel like an event in and of itself. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Miami! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony had a lovely view, making it the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants, shops, and just a short ride to the beach. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made this place feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

Nicole is a phenomenal host who has the most beautiful home and gives precise instructions on how to maintain it. From the beginning, Nicole made it extremely easy to access everything we needed and made sure the home was spotless and accommodating before we had even arrived. If I were in Miami again, I would absolutely book another stay and I recommend anyone else looking for an amazing experience to book as well.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Private and serene. scenery was beautiful and the host was perfect. I know it says usually responds in 40 mins, more like 10. Very clear instructions about everything. My brothers and I really enjoyed this home.

Romy’s house was an absolute dream! We spent 14 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed all the amazing amenities the house has to offer. Everything—from check-in to check-out—went perfectly smoothly, and Romy was the best host ever! He responded quickly to messages, helped out right away whenever we had a question, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him in person when he kindly brought something over to us. We would book this house again in a heartbeat—and Romy as a host, absolutely without question! Thank you so much again for everything!

Had a great time at the river house for my Sister’s Bachelorette trip, the place fit the vibe and what we needed for the group perfectly. Ubering anywhere was easy but the Miami traffic can get bad so expect most drives to hot spots to take 30-40 minutes. The pool is a little smaller than it seems from the pictures and has a little nature debris sometimes but there is a net available to fish out any leafs etc. Also if any snacks were left out in the kitchen we found it would attract a number of tiny ants, so we just kept any food in the fridge and it was fine. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

Would stay there again it was peaceful , clean and beautiful place !

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut vollständig mit allem was ein Zuhause bietet. Es war perfekt sauber und die Lage ist wunderschön mit einem Garten in dem man wunderbar verweilen und sich erholen kann. Es gibt Leguane, Schildkröten, verschiedene Vögel und diverse andere Tiere zu beobachten. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und genoßen dieses kleine Paradies. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich um sich in Miami von dort zu bewegen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Alejandro’s apartment was perfect for our first trip to Miami with two teens. It is very hip, has great views and is even better in person. It is close to all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping. He provided us with pool passes, we loved spending time there. We also attended spa and got great massages (Mon-Wed 25% off). We recommend, there is something to do for every age.

Sin duda puedo decir que nos ha tocado la mejor host hasta ahora , Ana siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros desde la llegada para recibirnos amablemente , mostrarnos como ingresar al departamento y darnos las llaves con la mejor disposición , al llegar nos tenía un vino espumoso de durazno y a los niños chocolates que tanto mi esposo los niños y yo agradecimos mucho porque estaban deliciosos, estuvo al pendiente de nosotros por si se ofrecía algo más al día siguiente , nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares a donde ir , siempre fue muy accesible a nuestras peticiones , el departamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita , es amplio , bonito y tiene una vista increíble , cada cuarto tiene su baño , está en una zona donde encuentras bajo el edificio un 7 eleven , y una farmacia cvs 24 horas además de restaurantes , sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos con ella porque realmente se interesa de que la pases de lo mejor hospedándote con ella , gracias por todo !!

Beautiful spot for relaxation with family in the North Miami Beach Bay Area. Rueben is extremely helpful and welcoming. My family and I highly recommend.

Leonie was responsible, giving me details what everything about the place I had a vehicle and I had volleyball parking. It was really convenient. The place was super clean. I really recommend it.

The unit was very clean and all the directions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and spices. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, although some additional wash cloths would be helpful. The valet was quick, we did not have any issue with wait times. The pool and beach were great and never overly crowded. You can access the boardwalk behind the building to walk in either direction, you then need to look for a public entrance to get out to the main road. There are not many places within an easy walk, but the public trolley is easily accessible or you can drive. The restaurant across the street, Cafe Bernie, that Deb recommended was delicious! I highly recommend it and I would absolutely return there. If you have a baby or toddler there is a high chair and playpen in addition to a crib. The only disappointment was the noise on the porch, construction and traffic the noise level was pretty high given the placement on the side of the building. A great choice.
