This stay fully met our expectations. My son and I visited Seattle for a college tour and the location near the UW campus--while still being accessible to other areas of the city--was great fit. Our hosts graciously left us a personalized welcome sign and yummy snacks... such a lovely touch. We appreciated the cozy rec room vibe and found the space to be very welcoming, clean, and a great value. Love the terrarium in the window well! As far as meals, while we would have been fine with grocery shopping and prepping basic meals in the apartment, we decided to use the money we saved on housing to go out to eat. We did not have to go far for a great breakfast in Montlake at Oxbow Bakery. For dinner we tried Umi Sake House (well known and lives up to the reviews) and another sushi place in Belltown called Sushi Ave (111 Queen Anne Ave N) that was surprisingly good. But hands down our favorite meal was at Morsel in the University District. Biscuit perfection!

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was perfect for a couple days in Seattle for myself, my partner, and my partner’s mom. We live in Portland and we’re in Seattle fairly often, but had not yet stayed in the Fremont area — but now that we know about this place, we would definitely stay again. It was clean, quiet, and an overall excellent value. The location is great, with lots of food options within walking distance in a nice residential area, the park across the street, and downtown touristy stuff just a short drive away. The space was warm and inviting, and Hugo was very communicative and proactive.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

One of best Airbnbs I’ve had. Susanne was very attentive and flexible with my request to check in early. The room was quite spacious and attractive. Super comfortable bed. Kitchen area completely stocked for my needs. I liked how the bathroom was away from the bed area. Interesting place to go for a walk! I plan to go back.

Kevin is the greatest host. He was really responsive to all of my messages. Gave out great recommendations around the area for food ideas and things to do. We had a relaxing and peaceful weekend. This is definitely one of our favorite locations. Thanks again.

Shannon's place was perfect for my night in Auburn. I've stayed in tons of airbnbs, so it's really hard sometimes to compare apples and oranges. Shannon's place is great - it's not a place on the beach, with all high end trimmings and trappings, it is a cute basement (lower level) apartment in their home. It is private, and has been well appointed. You can tell that Shannon is a host that really cares, with extras like fresh chocolate chip, cookies, water and snacks, and the fact that the place has a little fridge, a microwave as well as TVs and easy Wi-Fi, makes it a relaxing and easy place to stay. The bed is superbly comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. There is a small neighborhood park right outside the door, so there's access to open space if you choose. The neighborhood feels safe and familial. While you can hear folks walking around upstairs, it's not intrusive. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location and very comfortable! Easy to find with easy parking, a rarity in Seattle. We loved the hot tub. The kitchenette was useful.

Chibueze was a wonderful host! He was quick to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. He clearly communicated everything and was super kind when we were checking in. The place was spotless and super accommodating for our family. Everything that we needed was there and set up we didn’t have to ask for a thing! We look forward to staying here again when we visit Seattle next! Would recommend to anybody!

If you’re looking for a home base for your day trips around Seattle/Bellevue area then this is your spot! Very cozy spot with kind and responsive hosts. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great location, beautiful view, very clean! I highly recommend if you need a good place to stay in Kenmore area especially with more than 3 people. All the three rooms are with nice clean beds.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was responsive and super helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Property adjacent to owners home but felt so private. Peaceful and quiet, off street parking. I felt safe and secure. Very comfortable bed! Nicely appointed studio-sized room. I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

April 2025, a family of 3 on a vacation trip around PNW. Jasons place was a perfect basecamp, close to the light rail station for downtown and airport and to the shore of Lake Washington. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood, very fast Internet. We've parked our rental car on the street without any issues.

We have made Dickie's studio our home away from home for the past few years. It is a great location with easy access to everything that makes Seattle and Green Lake amazing. The price is always right, and Dickie always makes things easier for our check-in.
