Voel je welkom! Dit ruime buitenhuis met eigen ingang is achter ons huis gelegen (aan de andere kant van onze rijke tuin). ♡ Woonkamer met gashaard, bioscoop, keuken met koelkast/ combi-oven/ waterkoker/ kookplaat, badkamer met o.a. regendouche, een vide met tweepersoonsbed ♡ Ruim terras met parasol, tuinmeubelen en een barbecue ♡ Sauna en hottub tegen bijbetaling (€45) ♡ 15 minuten lopen naar Haagse Markt (restaurants en winkels) 10 autominuten/ 15 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Breda.

De Rozenboog

Vlakbij het bruisende Breda en toch midden in de natuur ligt deze unieke accommodatie. Er is een aparte ingang met een grote privétuin voor u als gast met een sfeervolle overdekte buitenkamer. U komt binnen in een hal waar u een aparte keuken met alle benodigdheden aantreft en een plek waar u kunt eten. In de slaapkamer bevindt zich een tweepersoonsbed, tv, WiFi en een aparte zithoek. De badkamer heeft een douche. Er zijn 2 fietsen voor u. Ontbijt kunnen wij in overleg voor € 10 pp serveren.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Het huis heeft vanaf de straat een eigen toegang. Is ingericht voor maximaal twee personen. Zeer rustig gelegen in grote tuin van rijksmonument in centrum Breda. Begane grond 35 m2, verdieping met inpandig balkon 25 m2. Complete keuken en badkamer, zeer snelle wifi, moderne smart TV, alle winkels vlakbij en binnen 8 minuten ben je op de grote markt van Breda. Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer vanaf station. Parkeren auto is mogelijk op 3 minuten loopafstand voor 4 euro per dag.

Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam en Kinderdijk, E-bikes

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Sfeervol verblijf in de natuur.

De woning is net behoorlijk gerenoveerd om dienst te kunnen doen als rustpunt, voor u. Om even weg te zijn. Aan de rand van Breda, op 10 minuten fietsen van het centrum, en toch te midden van waanzinnige natuur, vlak bij het Mastbos, met meerdere fiets en wandeltochten. Het appartement geeft uit op de tuin, waar u in kan rondwaden, die op zijn beurt weer uitkomt op de rivier 'de Aa', alwaar een sauna staat en je kunt zwemmen. Op een druilerige dag kan u heerlijk bij de kachel keuvelen

Villa Forestier in Breda, top forest location

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter).
