We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Lovely stay at Avocet House. Really relaxing,cottage was lovely & clean. Wine & fresh flowers on arrival. Easy to access lots of walks in the local area. Close to the beach,only a couple minutes walk. Claire was great from start to finish excellent communication. Would highly recommend. Thank you,we had a lovely time

Extraordinary host. Wonderful communication, spotless house, information on everything you need to know, great location . Cley next the sea and it’s spectacular birds 🦅 and Holkham with its dunes and beach. The best host we have ever stayed with recommended to the moon and back. Do go.

We loved staying at this pretty ‘Dreamers cottage! The cottage had everything we needed, towels and bedlinnen crisp clean just how I like it and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The location is not only lovely but super convenient next to the lovely shops and within two ticks from the beach. Parking opposite the pub was super easy too.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

Second stay at the lovely peaceful cottage, about 5/10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Cottage is roomy and private. Jane is friendly and quick to reply to any queries. We encountered no issues during the stay. Recommend the cottage for a couple or a young family. We had 3 adults and one 3 years old, and had plenty of room.
