Jason and Kristin were spectacular hosts! They were so responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. Our family gathering at their beach house had everything required to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with plenty of space and calming views. The option to add the Beach Club access was an added bonus. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Sandra was AMAZING! After a headache with a host that canceled before check in, Sandra last minute allowed us to rent her beautiful home, late at night! It was perfect! She is a great host and I would love to come back and stay!!

A very lovely home with plenty of room and wonderful amenities, located in a safe neighborhood. The patio is designed perfectly as an outdoor gathering place. The interior of the home is spacious and well appointed for a comfortable stay. Too many extra's to name but the indoor recreational opportunities kept everyone occupied. Beautiful view out the rear windows and located in a nice neighborhood. The home is less than a mile from the NASA Visitor Center. A good assortment of restaurants and coffee shops are just a short distance away. Amy and Tu communicated all instructions and were very welcoming. All communication was very timely, effective, and helpful. I highly recommend this home and owners if you desire a no hassle, comfortable stay.

This was perfect place for our small group to spread out and still enjoy meals together. Franchesca's place is tucked away in an industrial town along the river providing a nice place to relax. Definitely stay again if available!

Lovely 4bed/3bath home. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to the beach, which is in view from the house! Wonderful spot!

Mai gave great directions ahead of time with descriptive check in information, and a wonderful guide to area restaurants and how to get to the beach! The place was decorated so cute, and comfortable and had everything we needed! Spacious well equipped kitchen, tv in every room, great view from the deck of the sunset and a cute space at the end of the deck to see the sunrise! Comfortable recliners to relax in at the end of the day at the beach! Quiet street, very peaceful!

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. Our stay at Rachel’s home was a pleasant one! The home was exactly as pictured, it was very clean and we had a nice view as well. The only downside was that on our final day, the water from the shower was not heating up, which is fine since it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Lastly, the check in and check out process were seamless and Rachel was very friendly and accommodating to our needs!

Clean, Quiet location with a lot of restaurants close by. Helpful host that responded quickly.

Our stay was amazing. Vince was super helpfull and the apartment was super clean. If we return to Houston we Will for sure check for this again. Closet to the NASA Center, to Broadwalk and nit so far from City Center. Five stars, no doubt
