Everything was as expected.

Lovely house! We made good use of the kitchen and living space. Possible to walk into town from the house although it’s a bit long if you don’t want far distances often. Some of the doors upstairs don’t close all the way and the water pressure of the shower is a bit low. But besides that everything was great!

Pat was a fantastic host that accommodated our later than expected arrival time . Communication was very easy with clear instructions, Pat provided a welcome pack that was very thoughtful and far exceeded basic essentials. I would love to stay again, hopefully when returning in the future with family. Go raibh maith agat,

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass die Wohnung außerhalb von Dublin in diesem ruhigen und schönen Orteil Leixlip liegt. Zur Bahn sind es 15min zu Fuß. Die Bahnfahrt von 40 min geht auch super mit dem Kinderwagen, da alles barrierefrei ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

We had a lovely stay in Charming and Àine was extremely accommodating with great communication and provided a lovely,thoughtful selection of welcome food to get us started. Everything is at your fingertips for cooking and bathroom needs should you need it - Àine's place is prepared for practically every eventuality and it is clear that a lot of thought goes into her hosting to meet each guests differing needs. The photos don’t do this Airbnb justice. It was so lovely. Everything was extremely well kept and we had everything we needed + more. The hosts are so wonderful and always up for a nice chat! Also very flexible with any requests. The views were amazing and the hot tub is so beautifully located. I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. We didn’t want to leave ❤️

Really nice house with everything could need including good quality kitchen appliances, high speed Internet, alexa automation and nice Samsung tv. Out of the town so quiet at night but does require an energetic uphill walk or taxi home.

We were a group of 8 staying at the Coach House for an annual get-together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are very picturesque and peaceful. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the village and at Woodstock House & Arboretum. The house itself is fantastic with a large well equipped kitchen for our meals and a very warm spacious living room to chill out in. Daniel was most welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend the Coach House to anyone looking for a private, comfortable, scenic holiday home in the South-East!

We had pretty wet and not overly warm weather; but the accommodation more than made up for it. It’s cosy and very comfortable and you can easily while away hours looking at all the books and records and memorabilia. Especially loved the view from the lounge area. Jim was very welcoming; friendly and kind. A real gent. Top place to stay.

We were staying in this house 4th times and every time we are happy to come back. In the apartment everything as on the photos, always cleaned, beautiful view to the mountains, the owner doesn’t disturb you. You could relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks, Carolina

Breda and Joe’s farmhouse apartment was good value and just what we were looking for after a few days in busy Dublin - a peaceful stay in the countryside. They provided everything we needed in a very cosy, well-appointed cottage setting. The homemade bread and scones were a treat. It was an “escape to the countryside” but only 30 minutes drive from Kilkenny. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers. Fiona was helpful, friendly and respectful. The accomodation was in a quiet spot which was lovely and peaceful. I’d recommend a car, lots of lovely walks locally but a car to get to local shops, restaurants and pubs is helpful. Thank you Fiona

Marilyn was so welcoming to her cottage. She provided very clear directions that made the destination easy to navigate. Myself and my boyfriend were staying for a Macra event, Mr. Personality, which was held in The Hub. She ever so kindly dropped us in. If we travel up for that event again, we will definitely book this lovely place. I also made a mistake with my booking 🙈 thankfully she was understanding and allowed us to stay an extra night. This was my second time staying at this accommodation, and I really enjoyed my stay both times. I like that it is close to the city but still quiet. It’s within walking distance to the city, but also close to public transportation. The accommodation felt very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others visiting Dublin.

Steve was an amazing host. He personally showed us around the apartment and gave us several recommendation of restaurants and sights in the area. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with amazing views from the rooftop patio. The neighborhood was vibrant and safe, and within a short walk of all the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The place is definitely large enough for a small family and has all the proper ammentities for cooking. Bus stops were less than a 15 min walk away. Despite being in an apartment building, it was very quiet (didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the building).

We had a nice stay in Marianne's house I cannot fault the accommodation. It was a lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The house is well equiped and wouldnt want for anything for your stay. Marianne was lovely to deal with and responsive. We were very unfortunate that a corporate group booked out the entire hotel and facilities so we could not get any food or drink on site during a large portion of our stay. Marianne does to be fair warn about times where it could be members only but I didnt realise all areas could be booked for exclusive use. I went to use the swimming pool on the last evening with my son and we were really disappointed that it was €50 for a family day pass to go for a swim. I understand a fee but find it hard to justify a price that high. There are lovely walks and grounds to enjoy while staying there. My son enjoyed the playground and exploring the grounds.

Fantastic..loved our stay. ..stark difference from Dublin and Belfast. really enjoyed the peaceful and private space for some much needed downtime.

Had a fabulous stay at Ash Lodge! Maureen and John are fabulous hosts and made us feel right at home! The location is incredibly peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The place was beautifully furnished and wonderfully homely and comfortable - would highly recommend!

Very comfortable and cozy place. Quiet neighborhood about 15-20 walk to the city center. First time in Dublin. I probably would have chosen a different neighborhood if a friend that lives there did not suggest this area. Very safe. Definitely recommend

We stayed here with our 1 year old baby. Alan was extremely accommodating and provided a travel cot & high chair. Really liked the chickens, goat and cat he has aswell as the slide for our daughter. The apartment was spotless and had fresh eggs, bread, milk and orange juice provided. Really enjoyed the stay here would highly recommend

Thank you both so much for a lovely stay & for all your help! We thoroughly enjoyed all the extra touches like the beach toys for the kids, gutted we never got time to make use of the kayaks! Rush beach is a gorgeous place, we will miss our evening walks along it. This spot is ideal for a couple of days to journey into the city centre & back - rail journey is so cheap & Rush station was cheap & easy to park at (early morning). Big Tesco a few minutes drive away. This place is a gem :)

We returned to end our trip at Sean’s place and it was lovely as usual! The space is so well thought out for anything you need, including a converter charging plug that we found the second time around. The anticipation for what treats were left every morning was wonderful! They wash your dishes used and had fresh fruit. The best stay I have experienced! Thank you, Sean’s place!
