Beautiful home that is about 15min from Manchester, which is wonderful to walk around (shops, restaurants). The home is secluded on a nice piece of property in the woods. It was a charming getaway with a wood-burning fireplace and great amenities (games, dart board, hot tub, etc). Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! Host is very responsive and he accurately put out just the information that we needed during our entire stay. The place was very cozy, well equipped and quite clean and worth the amount what we paid for. Would 100% recommend this place.

Place was great! Less than 10 minutes to Mount Snow. We had fun playing ping-pong, air hokey, pool, and darts! Relaxed by the wood burning stove. Lots of rooms and beds.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

This Airbnb is the definition of peaceful! To start, this was a weekend get away for my wife’s birthday and we were greeted with a lovely birthday card and gift basket. The consideration of Kevin & Rosanna is out of this world; right next to the lovely card was a well organized binder full of all the information you need for a delightful stay! I have stayed at many Airbnbs and I have never felt so at home and comfortable as I was in Kevin & Rosanna’s space. The home is very well stocked with any and all essentials as well as a multitude of complementary items to make it feel special. Highly recommend this stay as I hope to return another time as well.

Brianna's farm apartment was just as described! It was very clean, warm and quite spacious. We had everything we needed to have the perfect restful weekend in the barn, with the most peaceful surroundings. Brianna left some delicious teas and chocolate which was also nice personal touch. We didn't need anything during our stay but our pre-visit communications were super helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay again!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Cooper’s Place is a sweet little spot in a convenient location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The fire-pit was a bonus. Great view of the mountains.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I was looking for a quick option to get off trail that was in close enough proximity. Sue and Stephen's place fit the bill. I was a little nervous with it being such short notice. Never-the-less Sue responded quickly and I had a place to stay that was warm and cozy and allowed me to get some needed rest and restoration. Would happily stay again!

When we first arrived, we were greeted by John. He was so friendly! He made sure we were good to go to get inside and wasn’t phased by our “chatty” pup. He is a barker when he first meets someone and John was still happy to say hi to him. He also said if we needed anything we could just give him a holler. The yard is amazing for dogs. It is double fenced and I felt perfectly comfortable letting my pup roam. It was a huge relief not keeping him cooped up inside. There’s also a super cute cow outside as a bonus! The place is sparkling clean. Literally not a speck of dirt. We felt right at home in this cozy and thoughtfully decorated apartment, as it perfectly matched the listing and then some! We absolutely plan to book this stay again when we return to the area. We have booked many Airbnbs and this has been one of our favorites.

Perfect for a winter getaway! The cabin was so cozy and comfortable, and the location is beautiful and remote. The hot tub was a huge plus and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!

My wife, two year old, two dogs, and myself stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary. It was an easy choice for us as they were able to accommodate our two pups which was important to us. Something that also appealed to us was the playground, which was a few feet away from our cabin. This all made it so easy for us with a toddler and two dogs to vacation with ease. Our host were incredibly friendly and very open to helping us if we were to have any issues or concerns, which we did not because the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to families or people with pets. Our toddler was very found of the lively and very sweet donkey. Thank you so much for hosting us. :)

Jack and Donna's cabin was exactly as described. We loved our stay, so peaceful and quiet. Their rustic cabin has everything that we needed to enjoy a quick get away, beautiful surroundings and a warm fire for the chilly nights. Even though the cabin is off-the-grid, the lights (both solar and gas) were more than enough to provide light to read a good book and play some board games. The kitchen is well appointed with pots and pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. We very much look forward to returning to this lovely place and exploring more of the area!
