Excelent villa and overall stay for us. we had everything we needed and our host was always helpfull whenever we asked anything from him. Great rooms, very interesting design choices (at least in the room I stayed) but everything matches the pictures which is great. Because it was winter we had only the small hot tube which was intimately placed so the neighbours wouldn't bother you. To be honest, we had our sceptisim at first because of the price but after our first two hours at the villa we realised it was worth it. The host clearly put a lot of work to make it so great. We didn't miss anything, great view and area, spitless clean and a very responsive host. Definately worth going, I totally recommend!

un logement au top, Maurizio est un super hôte. nous avons passé un agréable moment, on voulait même y rester plus longtemps mais (malheureusement pour nous et super pour Maurizio), cela était complet. un paradis pour petit et grand, car Maurizio mais a disposition des jeux, et la super piscine. je recommande vivement. ❤️

Am avut o experiență minunată cu prietenii mei la această cazare! Gazda a fost extrem de primitoare, comunicativă și atentă la toate detaliile.Vila era curata,bine echipata și exact ca în descriere, la cerere am primit și accesul la ciubar. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni data viitoare când vom alege Sinaia. Recomand cu încredere!

Am avut o experiență minunată. De la început, am fost întâmpinate cu ospitalitate și am apreciat atenția la detalii. Camera era extrem de curată, spațioasă și decorată cu bun gust, oferind o atmosferă foarte relaxantă. Locația este perfectă – aproape de centru, dar într-o zonă liniștită, ceea ce ne-a permis să ne bucurăm atât de agitația orașului, cât și de momente de liniște. Patul a fost foarte confortabil, iar facilitățile din cameră au fost exact ce ne-am dorit.

O cazare excelenta din toate punctele de vedere.Incepand cu locatia in care este pozitionata.Accesul in brasov este facilitat de autobuze si aplicatii de ride sharing,neavand probleme in a ajunge in oras,chiar si in seara de revelion.Privelistea este superba,locatia fiind situata in apropierea padurii,ofera o oaza de liniste.Recomand cu incredere si in mod sigur voi revenii pe viitor.

Great location! The house is big, beds very comfy with high quality pillows and duvets. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed! The kids really enjoyed the trampoline and the swing. Great hosts! Thank you very much!

The location is AMAZING!! you have a panoramic view over all Brașov Old Town that allows you in the same time to relax and really enjoy the city. The place it's in a quiet and private neighborhood for sure the most expensive location taking in account the view and the proximity with all the main touristical attraction. What is spending a vacation on a house exactly on the beach at seaside is this location for Brașov and his mountain views. We had free parking place not only for our car but for 3 more if needed and taking in account the Centrum parking places price this even you have the chance to found one it's a huge advantage and economy we did compare to the others location that we had. For sure and by far this place is the BEST! one that we stayed in Brașov and also as we travel a lot perhaps one of the best that we ever had the chance to stay in especially for the view and for the value of the money. We for sure will come back only here when visiting the region and we recomand it

I had a great month-long stay at Alex's place. The location is quiet and offers quick connections and easy walking to the best parts of the city. The apartment is very well presented, clean, and tastefully designed, and offers plenty of comfort for making yourself feel right at home, whether spending it inside or outside in the yard. Alex was a great host who was always responsive and happy to provide some local recommendations to get the best out of my stay in Brasov and the surrounding area.

beautiful apartment in a private location with plenty of space including 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The location is awesome and easy to find parking if need be. The amenities were priceless to make our Brasov trip memorable.

Belle villa bien située dans Brasov pas loin du centre.

Nice place in a quiet location, terraces with great view over the city/hills, 20 min walk from old town and a nearby bus station. Apartment equipped with everything you need for a long stay except washing machine. Check-in and check-out procedure fast and easy. The house is suitable for a wide range of tourists. Thoughtful touches from the host: fresh fruits and water waiting for us in the rooms.

Am avut o experiență pozitivă la această vilă. Ne-am cazat într-un grup de 8 persoane și am avut toate utilitățile de care am avut nevoie. Bucătăria este dotată cu de toate, am găsit orice am avut nevoie, salonul este spațios și frumos amenajat. În plus, terasa din curte este un avantaj mai ales atunci când gătești ceva la grătar. Administrația a fost foarte receptivă și la orice întrebare ne-a răspuns și ajutat. Am stat două zile și am savurat la maxim. Suntem mulțumiți și aș reveni aici cu mare drag!

Good place to stay for both short and long trips in walking distance of the old town center. Quite spacious, fully equipped and the kitchen table can be used as a work area for those of us who work remotely. The entrance is a bit tricky for larger people :) I had no problem finding cheap parking right in front of the place.

The host was very responsive and he was very flexible. We enjoyed very much our stay there. The location is close to the bus station, 15 minutes walking from train station and you can find a lot of grocery stores nearby.

Recomand cu toată încrederea! Locația este foarte bună, aproape de Piața Sfatului și Biserica Neagră, în zonă sunt magazine și restaurante. Locuința este nou amenajată, exact ca in poze, totul extrem de curat și gazda foarte receptivă si prietenoasă. Pentru noi a fost foarte util locul de parcare din curte. O să revenim cu siguranță!

I had an amazing stay here! The location is private and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil place to stay.

The place was in the end of a court. Easy to find, easy to get the key. Tha owner was nice, he also let us make a later check-in to wait our train in home. Thank you till the next
