Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

With a teenager and 10 year old with disabilities in tow, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay so we had somewhere to relax in the evenings, after sightseeing in London and a visit to the Harry Potter Studios! Home from home. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and a handy shop just a few steps away. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had too. Thank you for having us, and again for all your help & recommendations.

Very peaceful place, hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Well appointed place they had thought of everything one might need for a relaxing stay.

Heather's place was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, comfortable and cosy. There was enough space for our family of three and Heather had left some breakfast and toiletries for our use which was a nice surprise. The area was lovely and quiet.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Michelle was very responsive to our questions. This location is very walkable to High Street which has many shops and restaurants and the train station. My only criticism is that there isn't a great place to have ride share pick up and drop off. Other than that, I highly recommend this location and would stay there again if the situation presents itself.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Absolutely loved this place. The view out over the fields, the footpath from the door down to the river, the super comfortable bed, neat little kitchen area and thoughtful design. The village is pretty, a few minutes walk to the friendly local shop, several pubs and the beautiful, ancient, Dorchester Abbey. Great for visiting Oxford and the surrounding area.

Had a stunning time here at the lodge ! Felt like home from home Lots of amazing places to discover while walking the dogs , pub 2 mins down the road stunning location . Hosts where lovely and welcoming Felt sad leaving and will definitely return .

Anne's holiday home was fabulous, possibly the best we have ever stayed in. It was stylish, comfortable, extremely well equipped and in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect for visiting Oxford, Woodstock and Blenheim. The village itself is lovely and close to a good choice of pubs and restaurants. Anne is an excellent host, she was always supportive and on hand for local tips and advice. I would thoroughly recommend Anne's home to anyone visiting the area.

Great location for Stoney Cove Dive Centre. Only 5 mins away. Parking on roadside although owners kindly offered their own driveway.

The place was amazing! Exactly what we hoped for and MORE. It was so clean, such a great house! They had soft archery and even ping pong outside which kept us entertained. The hosts were so attentive and helpful, even offering to bring us more firewood if we needed when we bumped into them on a walk. Definitely going to come back and would HIGHLY recommend!

Our group’s stay was incredible, and the host provided all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, offering easy access to various facilities. I highly recommend this stay to anyone considering a future booking.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

We felt blessed to find such a gorgeous location within a walk of Oxford City Center. Images don’t do the garden justice. Be sure to walk to the Headington Tree park for some gorgeous natural scenery en route to the city.

Niel's place was great. It was extremely clean, comfortable and has everything you need while away from home. Niel is a great host, helpful and accommodating. Don't hesitate to book. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Tara and Lee's flat is located in a lovely town not so far from the city of Aylesbury where you can find anything you need, various supermarkets and stores. Waddesdon is surrounded by a large green area with many trees and fields, ideal for running or walking. The flat is over the description made by its owners, it's simply perfect, well studied in every detail, well furnished with whatever you need. Large spaces, well illuminated and comfortable. Tara and Lee are very professional hosts because they took care of us and our needs although we didn't meet them. We had good communication. We definitely suggest Tara and Lee's flat to all families or groups of friends who want to spent some days in tranquillity but not far from many cities we visited like Oxford, Cambridge and London itself. We also planned some days in the Cotswold area where many lovely small towns are worth of visiting.

Beautiful remote place close to the city! The host was absolutely brilliant. We made truly special memories since it was rented for our wedding which was close in Navigation Inn! The view is so peaceful & the apartment is luxurious. It will stay in my heart!

A comfortable, quiet apartment over a garage next to the owner’s home. Spacious parking area in a gated drive. A small kitchen, but with everything you need. Comfortable open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Walking distance to the station for trains to London. Bathroom is on the ground floor, which could be difficult for anyone having trouble with stairs. Sarah was a lovely, friendly host, greeting us as we arrived. And she kindly supplied milk, juice and some other welcome treats. Would gladly stay here again when visiting friends in the area.

I stayed here for a few days. I had a lovely stay and the place was in the middle of the hub giving great access to amenities. Milton Keynes was a lovely town and being so close to the centre made the stay more pleasant! The rooms were extremely comfortable and a booklet was present in the room giving instructions for the various bits and bobs in the place.

Ailsa was a pleasure to deal with and the accommodation exceeded expectations. There were lots of little touches and finishes that made it feel like home from home especially the homemade chocolate cake, eggs from the family chickens and fresh bread just to name a few. It was also lovely meeting Max and Dottie the family dogs who are both adorable! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Jilly and David were fantastic hosts, with great communication and lots of recommendations of places to go, things to do and places to eat. Amazing and helpful when it came to our extra guest of 10months old. Would highly recommend! Beautiful gardens and place! Thank you!
