Lovely house , felt right at home nice to go back to after a hard days work. Would visit again when we are in the area.

Home from home. Catered for the whole family, including our three dogs. Great location for watching our daughter play for England under 18s six nations also a great place for her to come and relax for her afternoon off and have a long soak in the bath very much needed for a rugby player. Lots of places to visit locally like Ascott and Windsor Castle. Chloe was very helpful too.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Jen est une hôte très réactive et disponible. L'appartement est bien situé, avec de bons accès aux transports en commun pour rejoindre facilement le centre de Londres. Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Nous serions ravis de revenir si nous repassons à Londres. Merci aussi pour le petit déjeuner, c'est une attention très appréciée ! ✨

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

We chose this cottage for a stop over to visit Warner Bros Studios and it was perfect. It's quirky layout and uneven floors made us feel as though we had strayed into the Weasley's house and put us all in the right move for our visit the following day. The cottage has everything you need and more and Jo is a thoughtful host who left us essentials and some treats which made us feel right at home. With a friendly pub next door we would thoroughly recommend the cottage however light sleepers might need to pack some ear plugs as the front bedrooms are close to the road.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Everything that you would want a charming old farmhouse to be. multiple fireplaces, kitchen with multiple ovens, lovely garden / paths into the hills, totally quiet road. Charlotte made checkin easy and they were jsut down the road the whole weekend (although we didn't need anything from them during our stay)

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

Brilliant staycation! Couldn't ask for anything more (aside from reliable british weather:p ) Cant wait to visit again!

We had a relaxing stay here. The bed was super comfy, the area is very rural and quiet. Plenty of woodlands to walk and explore. Animals to interact with on the farm. We had everything we needed on site, we used their BBQ and had a wonderful birthday break. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Thanks for having us!

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

It was such a lovely stay at Lucy and Nick! Everything was perfect and all the family so lovely and welcoming. The cottage, the surroundings, the animals, the region, .. I will come back soon for sure!

Our home from home, with our adopted dog (shh, don’t tell Anna but we think of Cooper as our dog when we’re there). Anna went above and beyond (as always) and we had a wonderful 5 days. Already booked to come back.

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Just spent 3 nights at Covert Cottage. it was the perfect location for visiting near by family. It met all our needs and Jonathan was a great host. We would definitely book again if we're in the area. Thank you.

We booked this place to visit various family members which were all located in Surrey and Hampshire. As we had a young Springador with us it was essential that there was a garden and the owners of the lodge very kindly have the whole garden available and she certainly made use of it. The walks from the door were very easy to follow and were various lengths and abilities so there’s something for everyone. On arrival there was a delightful homemade marmalade cake waiting for our attendance. That was and still is being dutifully attended to and that really was quite exceptional. The hosts were friendly and approachable and provided extra chairs for us as our son visited us one of the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at this Woodland Hideaway.

Sally and Josh have been welcoming and amazing hosts. We arrived late and they had stocked the fridge up with bread, milk and eggs which was so thoughtful. The annexe was ideal for my family, countryside surroundings and short drive to Godalming and getting onto the motorway. The house has a lovely, cosy feel, I enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable and happy stay and will be staying again soon! Thank you both!
