From the very first contact in October to our arrival in April, communicating with Dario was exceptional. Everything was "Top Notch" throughout the entire process, making our planning and stay smooth and enjoyable. The property was pretty much as described in the listing. It offers plenty of room for a family that needs space or for those planning a family gathering. The home met our needs and expectations over a 3-day stay for a family wedding in the Brackettville/Ft. Clark Springs area.

The location by the river was absolutely perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play. The nearby spring trail felt magical, surrounded by lush vegetation, with dragonflies and butterflies dancing around, and crystal-clear water adding to the charm. The house was spotless and conveniently located at just the right distance from town. We also had a great time on the pickleball court, which provided a fun break from our river adventures. Additionally, Mona was incredibly responsive, returning an Apple Watch we had left behind on the same day it was found—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better.

Great place to stay. A walk away from the river, and has all the supplies to get on the water. We will definitely be going back.

Nora and Raul's place was great. The place was peaceful and well-lit at night. The birds you can see were gorgeous. The place is surrounded by trees, and it is beautiful. You can see deer from your door. The river had fish in it, and it was clean and clear. The cabin was perfect, and Nora and Raul had all sorts of games for families to play and stay entertained. I did have a reception and internet connection the whole time. I have T-Mobile.

This place is great for a getaway and many things to do. Ashley is a great host! She had very good communication, the cabin was very clean! Me and my girlfriend had a great time out there! I would one hundred percent recommend this place and will be returning soon!

This place was so amazing! I loved the house, the river in the back was great for fishing and swimming, but the blue hole was breathtaking! Locals were very friendly at the blue hole met lots of great people We did have to drive to Uvalde to buy soap, shampoo and conditioner but that’s ok

We had a great stay! I’d say the place was nicer in person than the pictures and very clean! The stream in the back was smaller than I expected we didn’t spend much time there but the blue hole was very beautiful.

We really enjoyed the place. Really great views of the turkeys and deer was an added bonus!
