I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! Great spacious house with plenty of big bedrooms and living spaces! My second time at the house and will probably book again in the future. Highly recommend!

The place was great! A bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Lots of room and the hot tub was a hit. Mike was very responsive. We will be back next time we ski.

We do a lot of work in the area, so we have stayed at Emily's before, and once again it was fantastic! The house is comfy, location great and the host is super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This was an outstanding 5 star stay. Just like the pictures and spotlessly clean, the home had everything we needed for a stress free family visit to the city. The location was so close to restaurants, markets and tons of attractions as well as playgrounds for kids. Adorable, safe, friendly neighborhood. Host was friendly, responsive and very helpful. 100% recommended all around

Luc was a great host, checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. The house is adorable, clean and very spacious! We loved how walkable everything was as well. Comfortable beds. Comfortable, large sofa and plenty of seating. So nice having a washer and dryer too! We would love to visit again for sure!

Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small, but mostly stocked well and we had brought a lot from home. The beds were comfortable and everything went really well! The unit is not river-facing, but we were just a short walk from riverside benches and picnic tables, and a hot tub. The pool is a great option - the playground was maybe a little small for our 3.5 year old, but it was something to do. We walked one night up to highway 36 for dinner, there were several options within walking distance. Also a little mini golf place. Otherwise, we drove into downtown which was not far and the visitor center has a free parking garage. We loved how quiet and out of the way the complex was, and how close to the entrance for RMNP, which we did one day. We would stay here again - lots of fun and a nice getaway!

Regan was a great host and made herself available when we reached out. The house is beautiful and conveniently located nearby lots of local attractions. Although the house is in a suburban neighbourhood and not as isolated as the photos appear on the listing. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was lovely and relaxing! Would recommend.
