We had a great time this weekend and spent half our time on the pickleball court! The flood lights at night make it perfect for tournaments and late night basketball then relaxing around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub! The kitchen and grill were perfect for feeding 12 people we had there are plenty of beds for everyone too!

Was looking for somewhere secluded and relaxing to take the kids and the dog. This place was it. The pup could run and explore for hours while I relaxed and had my coffee. There’s a private hot tub on the porch, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and it all made for a very relaxing get away. Lots of fun memories with the kiddos were made and I’m so appreciative that I could bring my dog as well.

Due to extreme cold, the hot tub temp was not ideal. Jason gave me a credit back on the price which was appreciated.

Very unique and spacious property. Is subdivided essentially into two cabins so when things get loud on one side, you can retreat to the other. Lots of space outside as well.

We loved our stay! It was so peaceful and beautiful! We saw so many butterflies and a few deer. We loved the walking paths that were available. We would love to stay again!!

A peaceful and relaxing stay! This place offered a great view, with plenty of space and pretty secluded. I'd definitely recommend the stay to someone who just wants to 'get away' for a weekend and relax.

Absolutely wonderful place for my kids to come visit & be close to me. Older home renewed to pioneer woman decor! 3 beds, large recliner & couch gave plenty of room for all to sleep comfortably. Great wifi! Kelly & other members of this Airbnb are AMAZING kind & always close if you need anything

We had a wonderful stay here with my two toddlers & husband! Everything was very clean and the couches were very comfy & beds as well. The host was very quick to answer questions & sweet as can be, we even booked another day! Very peaceful place to get away from the city! I definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin last weekend! It was incredibly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host and staff were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained retreat. Can’t wait to come back!

What a great little escape. Host was proactive in reaching out, provided great instructions, and I imagine is very responsive, but everything was just as described and perfect so we had no need to contact Andrew. House was just as pictured and is a nice little home. Seems bigger inside and the windows offer a nice view and great lighting. The location was amazing with close access to the river and a lot of open green space to play in around the house. We spent our days at the river kayaking and talking to the occasional passerby. Just beautiful and peaceful. The water was a little low so we were able to put our camping chairs on part of the dry riverbed and sit and listen to the birds. At night we sat by the fire pit (smaller pit located in the front yard) and watched all the deer grazing on the other side of the yard. It was a great space and we spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the surroundings. Will be coming back to this nice little retreat.

We compete at the Circle T Arena twice a year and are so happy to have found Circle 4B Ranch. The scenery is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sheep, cattle, and dogs roam around. We only used the house for sleeping, but it was very clean and well-kept. This is now our go-to place in the Hico/Hamilton area.

Awesome place to stay absolutely loved it! Got to meet owner in person which was great and for sure will be staying here again...and taking up offer to visit her at the rattlesnake for drinks in the evening and brunch in the morning

The cabin is perfect and beautiful view. We needed to unplug & relax and that's just what we did. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the mornings, coffee on the porch & grilling in the evenings with a lil adult drink. The cabin was very clean & loved that the water got really hot for a relaxing bath with the jets on"OhhhYesss". "highly recommended Place"

This definitely is one of our top favorite stays; words cannot describe how peaceful & beautiful the surrounding land was, but the house was so calm, comfortable and made us feel right at home. It was large & spacious, and absolutely would be a great space for a large family to relax comfortably.

Couldn’t have been happier with the cabin we picked! It was so charming and we were the only ones in our area so it was loaded with privacy and solo river views. Becky is very sweet and accommodating! Only thing I say about the space is if you intend to bring a pac n play for your little ones it might be a bit snug! But definitely doable :) 10/10 would stay here again and hope to

For anyone attending or hosting an event at the Stonebridge Wedding and Event venue in Blum, this is the place to stay. It can sleep up to 9, has lots of linens and towels and is just lovely. Well decorated, the kitchen was the best stocked with lots of items for cooking/baking at ‘home’. We were sad it wasn’t cool enough to take advantage of the fire pit outside.
