منطقة هادية جداً و كأنك في ريف لا تسمع ابواق سيارات و ازعاج. و مستوى الامان عالي جداً في المنطقة و في الشقة ايضا المضيف شخص رائع و ودود و حريص على مساعدتنا و توفير الخدمة لنا و شرح لنا منذ البداية كيف يمكن الوصول إلى الشقة و الحصول على المفتاح و شرح محتويات الشقة ، و شعرت كأني في بيتي كل شي نظيف و متوفر المطبخ مؤثث بكل ما نحتاجه الثلاجة كبيرة ، الشاور يعمل جيداً و قوة دفع الماء قوية ، توفر مناديل الحمام و الفوط و يوجد صندوق إسعافات اولية وهذا شي جميل و نادر ما نجده في شقق الايجار، الشقة تتميز بأنها شرحة حيث ان فيها شبابيك كبيرة تسمح بدخول الضوء و الشمس للشقة و لا تسمع الا اصوات الطيور او بعض المارة الغير مزعجين ، يوجد بقالة و مطعم لبناني و صيدلية و محلات تجارية في الشارع المجاور .

The hosts were very kind and incredibly responsive. The location of the unit was incredibly convenient and allowed us to access all the beautiful parts of Istanbul. Beyond that, the units were spotless and were very clean. This allowed us to have a very comfortable stay with many rooms available for our group. If I am back in Istanbul, I would definitely stay with these hosts again - thank you so much, Julia !

The place is easy to find, just couple of turns from the metro station nearby. Whole flat was clean as possible. Getting in and out was easy. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Mr. Volkan is super responsive and helpful host. Overall highly recommended!

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

Die Unterkunft von Nagehan ist wundervoll. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bilder zusehen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Busse sind wenige Minuten entfernt und man kommt super von A nach B. Nagehan ist ein wunderbare Gastgeberin, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete schnell, wenn ich Fragen hatte, super höflich und sympathisch!! Ich kann Nagehan und ihre Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der eine schöne Zeit in Istanbul verbringen möchte. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen! Vielen lieben Dank Nagehan für alles !!

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen aller Art super geeignet (Bim ins Zentrum, Hafen direkt in der Nähe). Die Unterkunft mit dem Ausblick einzigartig und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen!

The perfect host. I had twins who were unwell and the host was so kind enough to get us a second cot. I was never expecting that but it was the best gesture someone could expect. She was also nice to offer us to check out later so that my babies could sleep in a little longer before the flight back home. Location is great with a lot of shops near by to buy stuff before our trip back.

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

We had the pleasure of staying at Muge’s apartment for a week, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to the hospital ( since our trip goal was seeing a doctor, in addition to sightseeing ), nice restaurants nearby , and public transport( taxi and Metrobus 50 meters away ) , yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi in the rooms area could be better though, in addition to a cozy living area perfect for unwinding. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. If we ever return to this area, we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Very good location, staff are very nice and anything you need just ask reception they are very helpful. Communication may be a little difficult but bear with them , it’s worth it…

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Я арендовала так много квартир и это первая квартира, где я не брезговала ходить босиком и пользоваться предоставленными бытовыми вещами. Обычно я делаю генеральную уборку сама, но эта квартира была хорошо убрана. Только за это уже можно поставить высокую оценку. Для меня очень важна тишина ночью и в этой квартире я не слышала соседей. Хорошая охрана, что тоже важно. Мне нужен был именно этот район, поэтому я знала куда я еду, но если вы турист, то это расположение будет далеко от центра. В этом ЖК пока нет магазинов, это не очень удобно, если у тебя нет машины, пешком до ближайшего супермаркета тоже дойти невозможно, только на автобусе. Имейте это ввиду. В квартире для длительного проживания не много не хватает кухонных принадлежностей, но я сама докупила, то, что мне было нужно, так как я планировала это всё забрать домой. Квартира оказалась чуть больше чем на фото, кухня в жизни уютнее чем на фото и в целом квартира эстетичнее в жизни, что тоже меня порадовало. Спасибо хозяину.

Ev küçük ama pratikti, 2+1 de kaldık 18 kat. İkea tarzı ev olduğundan norveç deki günlerime anımsatı. Manzarası inanılmazdı. Isısı çok iyiydi. Kapalı otoparkdan direk asansör ile daire katına çıkışıyorsun. Migros jet, Starbucks ve Eczane dininde. Metro M9 direk kapıda nerdeyse. Ordan yeni bosna veya Ataköy duraklarından heryere geçebiliyorsun. Mesela Aksaray/yeni kapı 30/40 dakika. Evde mutfak ve ekip manları olması harikaydı. Fırında pizza, mini börek gibi pratik atıştırmalıklat için kulanışlı. Ama getirden de kapına sipariş verebilirsin. Kısacası istanbul merkeze kolay ulaşımlı, güvenli bir residence da ev konforunda kalmak isteyen herkeze tavsiye edebilirim.

Özellikle Fuat Bey çok ilgili ve alakalıydı. Saat farketmeksizin ulaşabiliyorsunuz. İhtiyaç ve istekler konusunda daha iyi olunamazdı. Konaklama kusursuzdu. Aradıpım her şey hatta daha fazlası dairede mevcuttu. Yolum düşerse ilk tercihim olacak yerler listesine memnuniyetle ekledim. Kendisine her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.
