Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Beautiful apartment, bright, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything that we might need. The location is very convenient close to transport. Ingrid was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

L’estada va ser perfecta, exactament com indica a l’anunci. Matteo va estar pendent en tot moment i l’apartament està en una localització excel•lent. El llit molt còmode i la cuina molt ben equipada. El recomanem 100%.

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e fuori dal traffico. A due passi è presente un percorso ciclo-pedonale, perfetto per rilassarsi all’aria aperta. Il locale è pulito ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata ottima. Decisamente consigliato.

L’ alloggio è stato perfetto per due giorni a Venezia. Posizione molto comoda ed allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa. Direi tutto perfetto.

Es war alles super sauber und makellos! Check-in war flexibel. 20 min braucht man zu Fuß in die Stadt, was aber (auch mit Kindern) super easy war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist, sollte man wissen dass die Treppen sehr steil sind. Unsere Kinder waren aber alt genug, somit kein Problem. Definitiv eine Unterkunft die man empfehlen kann. Riva del Garda ist eine super hübsche Stadt und eine Reise wert !

L’appartamento era come descritto, ampi spazi, pulito e ci hanno fornito per tutti gli ospiti asciugami e ciabatte. Location comodissima perché in pieno centro e vicino c’è anche un parcheggio coperto per lasciare le auto.

Beau logement à Vérone dans une rue plutôt calme mais dans un quartier vivant et très plaisant. Le logement est très confortable et pratique pour un WE touristique. La procédure de check-in / check-out autonome et la communication avec Andréa ont été très facile.

We loved our stay at Lisa's. She was very responsive and helpful. The place was located in a quiet area near the famous sights. It was a great place for our 2 families. I would highly recommend.

La casa è arredata con gusto, gli spazi sono divisi en modo intelligente. La casa è posizionata centrale ma ma allo stesso tempo in un vicolo tranquillo. La casa è al piano terra ed è tutta pianeggiante senza le barriere architettoniche. La docia ed apertura docia soni ampi. Queste caratteristiche fanno possibile usare la casa per coloro che usano la sedi a rotelle, stampelle etc. La host è estremamente gentil, risponde veloce, da consigli e ci è lasciati molti pensieri come vini, acqua, dolce. Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Stefania. C’était parfait. Malcesine est un très beau village avec beaucoup de charme.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Riva. Das Auto braucht man nicht, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Master Bedroom war ein Traum.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

Petit coin de paradis, seulement 3 logements qui rendent cet endroit très intime. Prestations dignes d’un très bel hôtel. Bonus pour le spa accessible depuis toutes les chambres donnant accès à un sauna, hammam, douche sensorielle et jacuzzi. La vue et la piscine naturelle achèvent en beauté le caractère exceptionnel du lieu.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.
