Great location, house looks exactly like pictures. Host was responsive. Be sure to read the rules bc there is an additional charge to heat the hot tub. They did list it out beforehand so no complaints. Would recommend

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home to celebrate my wife's birthday with a group of friends. The house was absolutely huge and super well-equipped with brand-new appliances, which made everything from cooking to relaxing feel easy and comfortable. The mountain views were stunning—waking up to them each morning was such a treat. And the location couldn't have been better—just a short drive to downtown Julian, where we picked up some amazing apple pie (a must!). One of the highlights for us was definitely the jacuzzi—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The pool was also a big hit, especially for quick cold plunges after soaking in the hot tub. Each bedroom was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to rest and recharge. Overall, this place had everything we needed and more. We made some unforgettable memories and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Loved our Stay at the Red Lady! The home itself is lovely, with plenty of rooms/beds and a spacious yard (though it is not fully fenced if you bring curious / flight risk dogs). The home is older, including its appliances, but very well maintained with new countertops and some other upgrades. Ample parking and amenities across the street were convenient. Our host, Jenny, was phenomenal. She made sure we were well informed and prepared for our arrival. She also resolved some minor issues that really elevate our stay. The service at this property was a real difference-maker. We would definitely stay here again!

WOW!!!! Matt and Jessicca are above and beyond hosts! They have absolutely thought of everything you might need during your stay. The home was absolutely gorgeous! The views are dynamite! Having a glass of wine while watching the sunset or the amazing view of the stars was vacation perfection. The home was nice and clean. The hot tub and fire pit outside are amazing. Being so close to Julian was amazing (got to stop by and get some apple pie!). We definitely plan to be back!

Lisa and Sam were great hosts! Easy to communicate with and helpful with local tips, answering questions, and providing clear and easy directions to the airbnb. It was a great spot right out of town - was super super peaceful. Beds and couch were super comfy. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked for everything you could need. Was a perfect mini getaway. Would definitely recommend and rebook the spot!

The photos don’t do this place justice. The home was so comfortable - it had everything we needed. The yard is massive and the dogs enjoyed running around. The games in the garage and the barn were so entertaining and it kept my family and I busy. The beds are extremely comfortable and Courtney left us a small welcome tray which was incredibly thoughtful. Communication was great. Courtney is a fantastic host. We LOVED our time in her home and we made some very special memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Best place we've ever stayed and Temecula is magnificent. There were no fussy rules at the house and no chores at check out.

We had a fabulous stay at Cheryl’s Airbnb in Ramona! We were a group of 11 adults in town for a wedding. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to support our large group. The views from the back yard were incredible and we loved spending time relaxing in the hot tub. Her house is very well equipped with everything you might need. Cheryl was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. She was always available for any questions that we had. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property! The pool/spa and backyard with view was amazing. The house has a ton of amenities including bbq, full kitchen, spices, entertainment center And indoor/outdoor speakers. Owner was very communicative and sent out a pool repair person to assist with our spa heating issue, which was promptly fixed. There are house and city guidelines to be aware of, so make sure you read all house information that is provided. Overall a wonderful property!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will for sure be coming back! Both Dr. Dimitris and the property manager, Tyler, were incredibly responsive and attentive. The house was stunning both inside and outside and we felt right at home. We all felt safe and comfortable - and we were thoroughly impressed by how well the property was taken care of. The house was clean and was full of useful amenities that made us feel right at home. Super close to our favorite wineries, but to be honest - we couldn’t wait to get back and lay by the pool. The house made our trip memorable and I cannot wait to stay here again.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.

Our expectations were surpassed as soon as we walked through the white gate and saw the majestic views from the backyard. As far as the eye could see there was a spectacular beauty that went on forever. As we passed the front door we were overwhelmed at just how big the living room and kitchen were. The house was beyond accommodating. It became our home, warm and comfortable. The response time for our little WiFi hiccup was immediate. We felt that we were in good hands and that we would be taken care of if any other problem arose. Every room had beautiful touches of fall decor. Every bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every possible utensil and dinnerware necessary to prepare a thanksgiving feast. Our entire family was delighted at all the games available including the billiards table and PacMan. This house is absolutely wonderful. All seven of us truly enjoyed our stay. The house brought us a lot of happiness. And we look forward to another visit.

Villa Verdot was easy to find and a gorgeous property! Everything was as expected, fully stocked, cleaned, and welcoming. It was so quiet and peaceful there despite being next to the main road. The home blew our minds with it's expansive dining/living area, so many rooms/beds, 2 casitas, games, pool table. More than we could ask for! The location was perfect, close to all of the wineries. The backyard was unbelievable with pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen/grill. We ended up staying in the whole time because we didn't want to leave this luxurious haven! The only issues we had were the following: 1) Could not get in to outside gate with code. 2) Could not get into front door with code. 3) One king bed had no support and swooped in the middle. The couple had to move the mattress on the floor to sleep. We called Avant upon arrival to discuss the gate and front door issues. They were very helpful and sent someone out to check it out. They left us a lovely goodie bag for our troubles.

Home is in beautiful Rams Hill community, so private and a great restaurant & golf course , Hiking , biking & great restaurants close by . The sunset & sunrise is our favorite reasons for coming to Borrego Springs . We been coming to Borrego for 12 yrs . Thank you Melissa for making our visit so pleasant .

We had a wonderful family trip! The clear night skies were perfect for stargazing, and the peaceful atmosphere was so relaxing. David was fantastic – friendly, responsive, and his recommendations were spot on. We look forward to coming back.

This place is absolutely DREAMY. The setting can not be beat and its so peaceful. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jason was very responsive, kind and helpful. We enjoyed the the deck with family for Easter brunch, relaxing in the hammock swings, evening fires, walks to the pond, games and movies. Hoping to stay again soon!

Me and my girlfriends came for a little weekend trip to Anza-Borrego (about an hr away) and as cool as the desert trip, staying at Laurie's was the highlight of it all. We didn't get to explore the whole property, but we loved the therapy trails and the diversity of the nature. Journeying around the forest, through the boulder garden, and hiking to the zen zone were absolutely the reset we needed. The whole experience is expertly curated. I'll admit, there were points on the therapy trail (the wind phone in particular) that had me crying and really connecting with my feelings. The cabin itself is smaller, but was perfect for the 3 of us. It was spotless, and bonus points for the grill having propane and the hot tub already being on. So great to not think about it. I will say it got colder than expected, so we bundled at night. I hope to return soon, maybe in summer, definitely with my dog next time :)

This place is exactly what you see. You have all the privacy you need, but you're not too far away from the market. Finding the place, getting inside and the amount of things that you can do at the home, makes it worth the stay. The house was spotless, and everything in the house works. No surprises.

We had the most wonderful stay in this peaceful and cozy home! The amenities are amazing and the wood fired sauna was the cherry on top. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay and provided us with everything we needed. The location is impeccable, in the middle of the forest and surrounded by beauty and quiet. We really didn’t want to leave this place but will definitely be back again soon! The home is so unique and very well equipped. We can’t wait to repeat our trip back here!

We had a wonderful couple of days in Julian in Aubrey's cabin as a family of 5. The scenery was stunning and we were close to a range of family-friendly walks in mountains and Anza-Borrego desert state park, as well as exploring Julian. Super cozy cabin and whole family was charmed. Aubrey was an excellent host and made everything so easy for us. Thanks again!

We rented the cabin after we had to cancel a camping trip and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. It is nicely updated with plenty of space for 2. Lots of windows with pleasant views. So many places to hang out and explore. We climbed the mountain you can see from the deck (Stonewall Peak) and it was a great 4 mile hike from the Paso Picacho campground. The hot tub was very relaxing after hiking. It is an easy drive to Julian or Wynola to eat, just watch out for the deer and turkeys along the way. We also saw turkeys on the property. There are literally hiking trails everywhere in the area so we hope to return in the future.

Second time staying at this property and that’s the greatest endorsement I can give ! The property is quiet, private and very clean. Beautiful views and great star gazing. I’ll be back in the future !
