One of the best bnb I stayed so far. Beautiful surroundings. Great view. Neat and clean. Walkable distance to the local stores and pubs. Chirs is so friendly and responsive. 💯 recommended to all who wish to have some good time with wonderful views.

Emma’s place was amazing. Located in an amazing location right on the promenade, beautifully furnished and decorated and clean to a 5 star hotel level. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay - some nice restaurants and pubs We used it to commute down to aintree in Liverpool, train was around 45 mins. Comfy space, easy to find and was perfect for what we needed

My wife & I stayed in apartment 4 on the second floor. Amazing space. Very clean & comfortable. Dale was very helpful & we took advantage of the midday check out for a small additional fee. If you are looking for premium accommodation in the centre of Lytham this is your place. We will be back!

The apartment was just right for us as it slept all 6 of us comfortably and had everything we needed. The host was helpful offering us a travel coat and early access. We would happily stay here again and explore more of Blackpool.

We enjoyed the hospitality. Everything we needed was provided and even more. Fruits and a basic set of products for breakfast. Surprisingly, even shower gel and shampoos were provided. The house was warm and quiet.

Onyx House is the perfect hen party location. The whole house is so modern and beautifully decorated to a really high standard and quality. The location right on the waterfront was perfect and we really were blown away with the facilities. Highly recommend for large groups! Best accommodation we’ve ever booked via Airb&b every detail has been well thought out. Pictures don’t do it justice. Housekeeper was super helpful and welcoming and helped us with any queries well in advance and during our stay

The Coach House is an absolutely stunning place to stay - beautifully and thoughtfully restored, with exquisite choices of furniture and decoration. Excellent communication from Ruby - Everything feels tastefully and considerately thought out to ensure guests have the loveliest time. And we certainly had the loveliest stay in this 5 star beauty.

Really enjoyable stay in a beautifully kept lodge. Lots of amenities nearby and surrounded by picturesque scenery full of cute lambs! The lakeside view is perfect and we really enjoyed showing our little one the swans and ducks. The living space is really big and plenty of room for babies on the move. Abigail is lovely and very responsive

Wow, what a location! We enjoyed the lake so much, it was a very peaceful place to stay. The house is warm, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the treat tray was very enjoyable. Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

Absolute gem of a house. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. House was spotless and extremely well appointed. Ansdell is a perfect spot as it’s easily accessible to Lytham and close to Fairhaven. My family lives in Lytham and when there is a big get together we sometimes need to find extra accommodation. This has been the best one we have found so far. Thank you Mark.

George and his daughter are lovely people. Their home is so clean, warm and had everything you could possibly need. Having it accessible for my son’s wheelchair was amazing and the downstairs bedroom really helpful. The location to visit Blackpool is just perfect, the tram stop is opposite so getting to the tower or the pleasure beach is easy, but the house itself is that little bit away, with excellent parking, making it ideal for a family. Very fair price too. Highly recommended.

Great place. Its on the third floor so a little hike and close to some shop so can be a little busy especially for parking and noise levels. But the location was fantastic across the road from the beach. Lovely and well furnished house.

Jack's place was absolutely ideal for what I needed. space for the dog to be left when it wasn't possible to take him with me. I will definitely book again in the near future. It could just be doing with a better clean and the stuff left in cupboards is a bit lax, but other than that very comfy bed, and definitely served it's purpose!!

A fantastic place! Stunning views and it was really clean and luxurious inside with all the amenities you need. Asif was very responsive and helpful for any questions that I had. Plenty of free parking right infront of the property which was very convenient also! One of the best Airbnbs in Preston for sure.

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for exploring the local area. The cottage was great and had everything I needed. Margaret even left a pint of milk on the doorstep for when I arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😊

Third time at Irena's place! Always a good stay. Spacious apartment with excellent facilities. My previous reviews have a lot more of detail. There are always a few new things, such as extra soft furnishings or an upgraded coffee machine. Irena clearly cares to keep making guests' stays great. Suffice to say I wholeheartedly recommend.
