We had a great stay a Roberto’s place, and ended up booking an additional week. When we arrived we were coming from a nearby hotel and he let us check in early, which was so nice. The views from the apartment are amazing! And the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need to live comfortably. The wifi worked perfectly, and we liked having lots of TV channels available. The apartment is right by the Multicine, Las Torres mall, and Hipermaxi, so there are lots of restaurants and grocery shopping options. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting La Paz.

Excelente ubicación , céntrica de todo Equipetrol, el condominio excelente con áreas comunes de maravilla y el departamento impecable, limpio y cómodo con todo lo necesario.

Nos encantó la suite, muy cómoda y con un patio privado ideal para relajarse. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y respondió a todas nuestras consultas rápidamente. ¡Una estancia perfecta!

Meine Schwiegereltern waren 2 Wochen bei Rene und sehr zufrieden! Er war sogar nachts vor Ort, um ihnen beim Check In zu helfen - ein toller Service! Als in der Wohnung eine Türklinke kaputt gegangen ist, wurde diese sofort innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Alles in allem ein toller Gastgeber und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Apartement!

Amazing stay at Laura's place. The location is great : close to the city center, to the shops and it's a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was super clean, well furnished, the kitchen fully equipped, we feel like at home! The hosts Laura and Caty were very friendly, kind and helpful, they share a lot of informations about what to do in Sucre. We could have stayed longer! Thanks again Laura and Caty!!

Eu tive 2 noites muito boa nessa hospedagem. A anfitriã é muito gentil e atenciosa, me deu algumas bolachinhas e doces! A acomodação em si é uma das melhores que já fiquei, tem muita infraestrutura e tem tudo que uma pessoa pode precisar, além de ser muito privativa. Tem uma ótima SmarTV, em de todos os itens básicos possíveis, como café, açúcar, etc. O chuveiro é quente! A internet é muito boa! Recomendo!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht war einfach überwältigend, alles war makellos sauber. Nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernte ist das Café Retrato das super leckeren Kaffee und Kuchen anbietet. Auch zur Seilbahn (Teleferico Amarillo) sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Really loved this apartment. Gives you your own airy space to explore Sucre. Be prepared to tackle serious hills followed by steps but by the end of the week the strain eases. Wonderful view.

I appreciate the thoughtful guest book—it was full of helpful information, including local restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions, and even detailed instructions on how to manage everything in the Airbnb. It made my stay incredibly smooth. A special thank you to Laura’s father, Mr. Jose Luis. He was always quick to respond to my requests and made my stay in Santa Cruz so pleasant and welcoming. I also really appreciated the help coordinating my ride to the airport. Mr. Hugo, the driver, so professional and kind. 100% worth it! The location is perfect, safe area, and truly one of the best areas in Santa Cruz! Highly recommend this Airbnb. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Apartment looks better than in the pictures. The bed is extremely comfortable, the bedding is soft, the bathrooms are spacious, as well as the kitchen, the whole apartment has a wonderful energy. For sure, we found our perfect place in Santa Cruz.
