Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Our home was recently updated and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ping pong table, and a new 4 person hot tub. Comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. We are located in the gated area of Seadrift. High ceilings, plenty of windows. Private setting behind a high wall, the spacious play yard with a fire bowl. Lushly landscaped gardens enclose the hot tub. This is a ridge view home on the Bolinas Lagoon but does not back up to the water. Short walk to beach.
