This is my second time staying at Simon's place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! I spent a week here with my family, and it was super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Having a supermarket and restaurants nearby made it so easy to grab groceries and enjoy great food without traveling far. The apartment has everything I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, and even a rice cooker, which was perfect for me since I was there for a week and could cook meals for the whole family. Plus, there’s a washing machine, so no worries about laundry! The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is well-designed and very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with a gym, swimming pool, and jogging track, so there's plenty to do. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time!

sangat dekat ke Aeon mall.. hanya 1 menit jalan sehingga recommended utk yg membawa anak kecil. semua fasilitas lengkap sehingga seperti pulang ke rumah ada disediakan air galon, beras ( bisa masak buat anak ) dan oven utk memanaskan makanan (thank you) buat yg menginap, saya sarankan bantu2 bersihkan unitnya ketika sudah check out ya

Very pleasant stay at Kevin's, everything just precisely as it's described and Kevin was very helpful during my stay. Sure you need place to stay around Cibubur / Transyogi, i highly recommended Kevin's place.

seneng banget bisa nemu apart ini. bisa buat kumpul kumpul sama temen dari tangerang, jaksel, jaktim. free galon sama parkir pula (ini poin plus yg nggak aku dapet di apart lain). areanya juga banyak makanan, jadi gofood nggak susah. resepsionisnya juga ramah banget.

Second time staying here and this time I stayed longer than before for Suga's concert. Ka Santy's apart was very close from ICE BSD. Since traffic was so bad after concert, my friends and I were able to walk from ICE to the apart for the first day of our concert. On the 2nd day, we were too tired, but we can ride GrabBike or Gojek with a reasonable price since it was very close. It was very comfortable, a nice place to stay if want to do activities around ICE BSD. And it was very close to AEON, too. Ka Santy and her sister are very friendly and kind. They acommodate our requests and it was so meaningful for us. Def will come back again if I would attend a concert in ICE BSD or do activities around the are.

Apartemennya mudah dijangkau, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan. Ruangan isinya lengkap sesuai deskripsi & bersih. Mas Darma juga responsif dalam balas chat. Recommended untuk stay di area Sentul Bogor!

A very comfortable and clean place with everything you need—tableware, cleaning tools, and well-arranged furniture. It feels like you wouldn’t want to go home and would rather stay longer. The host is very friendly and extremely helpful with all our needs!

lokasi yang sangat strategis, dekat dengan AEON mall bisa berjalan kaki dan dekat dengan ICE BSD. tempatnya nyaman dan peralatannya sudah lengkap sesuai dengan deskripsi. peralatan dapur lengkap tetapi akan lebih bagus lagi jika ada microwave. secara keseluruhan sangat baik

Nyaman, akses dr jalan utama sangat mudah, unitnya bersih dan lengkap, sangat recomended.. kalao ke Bogor akan nginep disini lagi.

A great choice to stay with family and friends. The tower is within walking distance to the mall and easy to access. The host is also very responsive, even at midnight. We would be happy to stay there again if we visit BSD. Thank you!

I've stayed here for 2 times now, the 1st everything was great, clean and homey. But the 2nd time the shower is a bit leaking but overall everything is as good as the 1st stay.

My family was happy. Linen was clean and fragrant👍👍. All AC working very good👍. Need owner attention: when check in dining table was very sticky not properly clean, Soap and Shampoo about to finish so very hard to pump😔, No toilet tissue at all😵, Token listrik nyala terus krn ada kerusakan dr pihak PLN? tp suara token sgt mengganggu🥲 Overall our stay were pleasant. We'll be back for sure. Thank you🙏

“Hampir” kapok ke sini lagi, tapi ternyata setelah kita tidur 1 malam (menjelajahi area) kita sekeluarga HAPPY dan BETAH tinggal disana. Ini merupakan apartemen TERLUAS yang pernah saya sewa di AirBNB ini. Awalnya, lantai apartemen agak lengket saja (namun pas bilang ke HOST, gercep datang ada bantuin bersihkan kembali). Salut. Di apartemen, kami juga diberi minuman dan makanan FREE di kulkas. Sikat gigi, odol, handuk (sesuai jumlah kami yang menginap). sapu, pel lantai ada. Jemuran (2) Alat makan (piring, mangkok, rice cooker, microwave, dispenser, teflon, sendok garpu) lengkap ada. Tempat sampah ada juga lengkap. TV 3 unit. Sofa juga besar. Kasur king (2), Single (1), tambahan bed (1). lengkap dengan 2 bantal dan 2 guling juga ada bedcover LENGKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP TOP
