The Stables - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. We have tried to make a home away from home for you to enjoy. The house is not new and angular but older, mature, softened and comforting. If you are looking for old fashioned relaxation with comfy beds, sunny corners, throw rugs, books to read and DVDS to watch, this might be for you.

Alpine Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing weekend get away where you can take in the fresh air and spectactular alpine views. Whether it's summer, autumn, winter or spring there is plenty to do- walks, hikes, mountain bike riding, horse riding, river swimming, rafting, skiing, snowboarding and taboggining. There are some excellent wineries in the surrounding areas to visit. Mount Beauty township is a short 2km walk or bike ride away.
