Ich war alleine in diesem riesigen Haus. Aber die Betten habe ich gezählt und stimmen mit den Angaben überein. Auch schön aufgeteilt für 9Gäste. "Tim" ist allerdings meiner Meinung nach keine Person, sondern ein Synonym. Das Haus wird von einer Verwaltung professionell gemanaged. Ich bin mir sicher mit keinem Tim kommuniziert zu haben. Telefonkontakt gab es nicht. War auch nicht nötig, alle Infos habe ich hier bekommen der Rest war selbsterklärend. Ich war auf jeden Fall zufrieden, auch wenn das Reihenhaus nicht ganz wie auf den Fotos ist. So Stand 80er Jahre aber ok und sauber in einer ruhigen Siedlung und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Wir waren 2 Nächte, war mit Oma und meinen zwei Jungs. Traumhafter Ausblick, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem schnell an der S Bahn und tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Accommodation was clean and well-appointed. Nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities. Bed was a fold out so not the most comfortable in the world but still fine. A bus stop is located just across the street which made getting into the centre of Munich very easy (tip: buy a daily pass and it can be used on all public transport). Thomas and Manuela speak great English and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Krailling sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort außerhalb Münchens und sehr gut angebunden, sodass man sehr schnell in Zentrum von München sein kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man braucht. Harold, Gabriele und Lorenz waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell unsere Nachrichten und Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Ich kann auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Harold und Gabriele sehr empfehlen.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Super Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen und Nähe zum See. Tim war sehr nett und bei Fragen gut zu erreichen. Aufjedenfall zum weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Steffi ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Person. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke Steffi für deine Gastfreundlichkeit!

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

A very nice and stylish place to stay with beautiful garden, high quality amenities and comfortable bed. The housekeeper was kind and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you to him. The only areas of improvement is installing a ventilator above the stove and a there is a bit of noise from the street. We really had a nice time and highly recommend further.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Ein Loft der etwas anderen Art, die Aussicht von der Terrasse war gigantisch. Wir haben die Woche bei Arber sehr genossen. Selbst als wir etwas bemängelt hatten , hat Arber sofort regiert und uns sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Arber war gigantisch, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet und ihm war es einfach wichtig das wir uns wohlfühlen. Werden ihn definitiv nochmals besuchen. Danke Arber für den tollen Urlaub.

We loved staying at Katharina's home! She was very responsive whenever we had a question, and even let us add an extra day on about a month before the trip when our plans changed. It was very easy to get to the center of things when we needed, with a nearby bus stop. Would recommend to friends and family!

Amazing place, and great location, close to everything!

Beautiful bungalow located in the centre of Gauting. The space was clean, and it is exactly as described in the listing. It is perfect for a big family or group of friends, equipped with books and games. Agnes was very kind and available all the time.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen und entspricht zu 100 Prozent den Photos auf der Website. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Diese kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super! Alles war sehr sauber, die Umgebung wunderschön und die Gastgeberin unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

J’ai adoré l’appartement de Stefan & Jackeline! Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et plus, avec petite attention à l’arrivée. C’était dans un quartier tranquille mais avec restaurant, boulangerie, bus au coin de la rue. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Monika is an excellent host. She is super kind and prepared our accommodation to be warm and cosy for when we arrived. The place is spacious, very pretty and relaxing. Excellent when traveling for business and want an alternative stay. There’s a station near by and also an amazing bakery/coffee shop to pick up all the goodies! Thank you Monika

Wir waren nun schon zum 3.mal in der süßen Wohnung und es ist alles Super... Bettwäsche- Matratze perfekt...Dusch -Handtücher sogar Kaffee für den Morgen sind vorhanden.Freuen uns das wir mit unseren 3 kleinen Zwergspitzen kommen durften....die auch eine kuschelige Decke und sogar Leckereien bekommen haben...LG Melly

Very spacious for 4 of us. Very quiet. Well equipped. Useful to have a car to get to Legoland (less than an hour away) and Munich (free parking at Olching and 30 mins to the centre) and the nearby lakes.
